First time trying Kanama Kopi Kadai, and I will definitely come back!
We ordered the Roti, Karaage Chicken, and Beef Satay to start. Roti (1 pc) was fresh and house made. Karaage chicken (5 pc) was tasty, spicy, and crispy/crunchy, and the beef satay (5 pc) was soft and tasty with the satay sauce.
First time here at Kanama kopi Kedai after reading all the good reviews. Although our main took a bit longer to arrive but overall my husband I really enjoyed our food. Definitely will be back again bringing our 2 children.
I recently visited a small Family-run restaurant, and I have to say, it felt more like being welcomed into someone's home than just a place to eat. The owners were incredibly friendly and approachable, which immediately made me feel at ease.

We love this place and often have 8 to 10 people in our group. A great selection of delicious dishes to choose from, reasonably priced and good quantities. Catering so well for those with dietary requirements. Often coming up with new dishes and special menus like their current beautiful Christmas
We ordered the prawn sambal, mee goreng and char gui teow with iced Malaysian coffee. All were scrumptious and well done. The spice level was just enough to give a good kick.

Coming from a fellow Malaysian, I would say it’s similar and pretty close to authentic Malaysian food you can get in NZ especially the Char Kuay Teow. This is by far the best Malaysia I’ve been to and funny enough we were seated in the Penang table and my fav dish from the place was the C
Food was amazing and the service was so friendly and warm - I left very happy 😊 . The stand out dish for me was the char kuey teow.

Loved everything about our experience here. Each dish was delicious and had it's own individual flavor. The Roti was amazing and the beef randeng was so tender and moist. We ordered 4 appetizers, 1 Noodles, 1 curry and 2 Roti for 4 and all ate very well.
