Absolutely love this cafe! My family and I visit every Sunday morning for breakfast. Staff are so friendly, eggs benedict is the best I have tried anywhere.
We just moved to the area and don’t really know much about the cafes and restaurants around here. Found this place on Zomato and decided to try it out. The big breakfast was nicely done and everything was still hot when the plates were brought to our table, I don’t like it when some places would have a few food items already gone cold on a big breakfast plate. It did feel like the chef cared about the presentation and taste. We enjoyed our meal and will come back on the weekends.
Surprisingly excellent food. Very fast service during busy time. Coffee could be stronger but still good.

Nothing to complain about, usually have Meus Breakfast and have ventured into the Galette menu at times. Good value, well executed, would recommend a stop if you're passing through Kumeu
Yum yum YUM!!! The laksa with dumplings was delightful, spicy enough to warm my tum but no so hot as to blow my lips off! Hubby was very pleased with his big breakfast, the coffee was good and strong and the fresh pressed juice was lovely too. Kids were happy as Larry with their properly thin crepes with plentiful toppings. Nice atmosphere, clean toilet and friendly staff. What more can one ask for?!
Fantastic food. The French toast was delicious! Cozy and casual little cafe. Coffee was good too. They offer a good selection of cafe food for a small place. Didn't expect to find this gem in Kumeu. We'll be back for more!
Nice local place to go for Breakfast, it was my second time there and again had a good experience. The Chili scramble eggs is delicious and food presentation is beautiful. Looking forward to go back and try more of their menu.
Great coffee. It’s my go to in this area for coffee. They have awesome menu food too, nice Asian fusion that you don’t have to go all the way to town for yay!

Have visited Meus twice now and have found the service and the food excellent. Not to mention the very good coffee. The vegetarian Kumeu Breakfast was interesting, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. It's a treat having a venue of this calibre in our area and we will be regular customers.
Nice little tucked away place on the main road next to subway. Amazing food the pulled pork eggs beni is definitely a winner. Will be back to try more yum things in the future.

Heard good things about Meus, so thought we'd check it out. Really friendly service, tasty coffee and both my Fried Chicken Burger and my friends Meus Breakfast were great. Really good to have a great cafe in Kumeu, I'll be back!!
Very impressive,I came here with my friend, and we had a wonderful lunch at The Meus. We ordered two flat white,French toast and pasta. They were fabulous! We will definitely come back.
A very trendy restaurant in Kumeu finally! Beautiful and delicious food, friendly staff. Plenty of parking upfront. We will definitely go back for the pull pork eggs Benedict and dumpling laksa.

We accidentally found this place during our visit to Kumeu Subway and it resulted too good for us. We had some breakfast and light munching and it didn't disappoint us. Egg Bene was too good. Although the base muffin was quite small but green sauce was a nice complement. Pancakes were too good and berry syrup was yummmm. I highly recommend if u r near Kumeu.
Almond latte tasted so good.. Ordered two large cups. Food was amazing as well, had the Thai chicken salad & lollie cake 👌

We haven't been here for a long time so thought we'd give it a go. We both had eggs bene with salmon, which was really delicious. Loved the beetroot hummus and pesto, they really added something to the meal. Really enjoyed the coffee too, perfect temperature and strength and it really hit the spot! Friendly service, and it wasn't long before being fed made this an enjoyable breakfast outing. I definitely think we'll return. Thanks to the team at Meus!

Lunch time @ the local. Haven’t been here for a long time, so thought it was worth a try. Coffee was really nice. Not milking, good taste, not bitter. Well done. The food was tasty and well presented. Great place , will be back.
Me and my mum have been coming here for 3-4 years weekly and it has never disappointed. It is a beautiful beautiful cafe, amazing food lovely people lots of car space for parking and in general gorgeous. Hundred percent recommend my favourite cafe by far.
A solid local cafe, good food and coffee. Good for what is it, however is let down on price, and ambiance somewhat. Seems a little over-staffed with 3 people doing nothing behind the register, but better than being the opposite way around I guess.

It was a really lovely place. The staff was extremely nice. The big breakfast was so good and the flat white was decent as well. Really enjoyed my first meal of the day. Absolutely loved it.
First time here and wow. Great food offerings, plenty to choose from. The creamy mushrooms are delicious and something you won't get anywhere else. Worth checking out.
This is a great little Cafe with beautiful food and fabulous service. Their scrambled eggs are divine. A real find in Kumeu and a place that I would definately visit again.

Incredible, Outstanding and Friendly. My main purpose for was visit was initially Subway however my wife convinced me to try an eggs bene and she ordered a slice of which I am glad we did.
The slice arrived, it was incredibly yummy, fresh, perfect weight and coupled with my Moka and the cream Astronomical 😌.
Then not 4 mins after so did my eggs bene which looked as you can see from the photos absolutely superb 👌. I got some quick piks then jumped right in and all I can say is !!Wow!!.
The eggs were perfectly cooked with that shiny glazed to perfection look, bouncy and covered from tip to tip in tasty mouth watering home made holindase sauce and the egg was perfectly cooked and runny. At the point after I had taken my mouth watering bite I realized. HAY! thats mushrooms and not bacon.
Mushrooms and DO NOT EAT well that is until now =).
Although the order got mixed up I believe the outcome was the same and that is Outstanding, I can only imagine the taste bud explosion if I got the bacon, however I did not have a complaint at all as the mushrooms were so well cooked and flavoured.
On a last note if I could add, The communication with the staff was a bit one sided as I don't think they understood us well and mainly avoided unnecessary conversation which is totally fine, I still shook the Chefs hand and thanked him regardless and he was happy and friendly.
5 out of 5 for me, Hands down to that eggs bene you now lead with your Eggs bene on my leader board.

The big breakfast is sooo good, including the vegetables which is an added extra I didn't know I wanted in a breakfast 😂 great presentation too. Oh & the coffee is great too. Good service, nice place to hang out.
Nice breakfast with generous portion and warm welcoming customers services from a front lady and young man Chef who served food for us on the table.
Delicious eggs bene (I always get a half - nice to have that option) and ‘little’ big breakfast. Seriously one of the best egg benes in akl 😊
