Great ambiance, good drinks and service, people are friendly, but not a huge fan of the food, chicken tender tastes over fried, dry and tough, the soup of the day is actually the best dish of the meal, the bread roll with it it’s also pretty nice, but that’s about every good to say about this meal,
Lovely wee country pub. Love their beer garden. Dog friendly. Usual pub fare. Their specials are pretty good. Seafood basket a bit scarce in seafood imo. 2 fish bites, 2 prawn twisters and 2 calamari rings. Would have preference a tartar to their seafood sauce.
Just fantastic! We ordered the pizza, chicken schnitzel, and the chicken burger. They were all delicious! Dessert was great too, cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. Staff were wonderful and the live band was exceptional (The Flat City Brothers).
Our group had fish and chips, a fish pie, steak sandwich and the corn fritters. All of them were delicious; especially the fish pie. Great value as serving sizes were generous and prices were lower than average. Highly recommend!
I like this pub. My local. Had a change in owners. Food top notch. Missed my berry cider though. Love the outdoor area. Plenty of parking. Can get busy, crowded. Great vibe.

Good times great country Pub. Don’t forget to try there menu! If you like sea food you’ve come to the right place. Few old beer Favorites on tap ! Really lovely out door beer garden with picnic tables and sheltered from the wind.
We went to The Old Leithfield Hotel for dinner on a busy Saturday night (super rugby final) with our 5 month old baby. Even though we didn't have a booking the friendly wait staff went out of their way to accommodate us and made sure we were comfortable.

Absolutely one of my favourite places, recently went their for our anniversary hospitality is amazing, but the food has to be the highlight! Absolute delight we got 2 starters and a main to share, all presented fabulous as I eat with my eyes first, and everything was cooked to perfection!
Had a delicious meal here, with fabulous service. We always love the atmosphere at this lovely, historic pub.
