I very much enjoyed my salmon eggs benny & vanilla milkshake. This is a place I will go back to when I can. Hubby feels it is a bit expensive (Wellington prices for a suburban cafe in Lower Hutt).
Friendly staff, with great homemade food and barista brewed coffee. Plenty of seating and heaps of free car parking, with a beautiful view of the eastern hillside.
Excellent range on all day breakfast/ lunch menu and good pricing.. coffee excellent and speedy service...I had the steak sandwich my friend had fish and chips... very nice food... this will become a popular go to lunch coming for me... see you there
Friendly service, tasty counter food and good coffee. Plan to come back and try out their brunch next. Loving their new revamped outside area especially with the new regulations needed to operate. Plenty of room to order and stay warm and dry.

Really nice. Went on a hot day and had a choice of indoor or outdoor, covered seating. Generous sized food portions. I had the open chicken sandwich with fries and really liked it. Good coffee. Will be back to sample more of the menu.

Today we had lunch. Seafood chowder and creamy mushrooms. Both were beautiful.

Food was incredibly good, and they handled the whole level-3 distance requirements well as well! Large portions, incredibly hot food, and the iced chocolate was great too. Can't recommend enough!
What a lovely place to dine. Tables and chairs set up beautifully inside AND outside. We had the Big Breakfast was beautifully presented and was delicious! Also had a carafe of water which was ice cold f you wanted it OR room temp. The service was also spot....on Kia Ora! I'd definitely come back with whanau/friends
The coffee was good and the cabinet goods are pretty good value too. The hazelnut choc (gf) slice is amazing! But if you are after salads there is only 1 on the menu. it's ok but a Bit disappointing for the price. So small and Not enough greens! Some of the staff are a bit less than hospitable in their demeanor which let's our local Atiawa/ polynesian cafe down but the younger counter staff are lovely. Worth a try if you like steak and eggs and nachos though.
Staff are super friendly and the food is great. Have been a few times now and will definitely be going back! On a sunny day sitting outside you can't beat it.
Delicious food and wonderful service. Loved my avocado smash with vine tomatoes and halloumi. Will definitely return next time I'm in Wellington.❤
Totally reccomend this cafè. Great food, lovely surrounds, friendly and attentive staff. Family business serving the community out of the bustle of the city. Chef was accommodating with my order. This is my regular.
Really nice food, location, & outdoor al fresco dining area. Fab that the awesome cafe that used to be next door is now replaced with another great establishment as this was a fave place to visit with friends. Will return!
