This place is bussin!!! Amazing food every time we’ve come here. I don’t do google reviews, but this place really deserves it. Food is really worth the price!
Here for a family lunch. Generously portioned, delicious, honest Turkish food. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Shout out to the baklava: probably the best I've eaten in a long time.
The owner and waitress who served us were polite and efficient. Can't fault the place. Highly recomm
My partner and I love coming to this place. We’ve brought our friends along and they loved it. It is the best. The service is top tier. You are served by the owner who is very attentive and kind. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The food is fresh and tasty. Every bite takes you to Turkey.
Meat was 10/10, the chicken and lamb was so incredibly tender and cooked to perfection! The owner/staff were very kind and welcoming, will definitely be coming back again!
Thoroughly enjoyed our lunchtime meal consisting 2 combo mixed meat kebabs, mixed Iskender & mixed grill shish. We also had a entree of haulomi cheese, humus, salad with bread.
Cafe Lokum is a favourite, their food is authentic, fresh and very tasty. I especially love the Beef Mousaka. A nice informal atmosphere with consistency. You can’t go wrong. Great friendly staff too.
Nice mixed grill plate. I used to get these from a restaurant on Cuba St called Istanbul that closed up. Very nice and great value. Nice vibes, good seating area. Good service. Will go again
Large portions, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Quite possibly the best Turkish restaurant I have been to in New Zealand and whenever I am in The Hutt or Wellington I make sure to drop on by
This is my third time dining here and it was really nice food. The owners who I guess are family are very friendly and welcoming and overall the its a great place to come in for a meal.

OMG literally everything about this place is amazing!!! the food is to die for and the service is amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful and our food came super quick. Another plus is the location it’s super close !!! making me want to move to turkey 🙈🇹🇷

Lovely food & two young very friendly staff members, the boss/cook could be a little more friendlier. Eaten here 3 times and would definitely go back love the food.

To be honest, food here makes you feel like you are in South Europe... it is sooo good!! This place easily became one of our favorite. It is easily the best Turkish restaurant in Wellington, and the meat is so tasty. Love it! Highly recommended.
