Nice coffee here and if you work in the building or the tower, you get a discount. The staff are always friendly. Limited selection of food available and some seem costly but this seems to be normal pricing these days for these kind of cafés. Id say

I’m a welly coffee snob big time but they have the best coffee. The lady told me they get in fresh beans daily. The barista is spot on. I had two coffees in a row lol
During the July school holidays, Sierra Cafe participated in the sweet as hot chocolate challenge. On my last visit, I tried this special hot chocolate, and it was delicious. I would definitely go back. As well as the food and drink, the staff were friendly and an overall great experience

Nice. Ordered a scone and mocha. Both not outstanding but still nice enough. I’d say above average. Service very good. They are really kind to the elderly which is nice to see.
A quick coffee stop at Sierra on level one at Queensgate was exactly what was required during post Christmas sales shopping. Staff was lovely and the espresso was consistently good!

This has become our go-to cafe in the mall in Lower Hutt. It has just about everything you would want in the way of a cafe light meals snacks and meals up a little more substance. In the sweet section.for the very popular Berliner doughnut with cream custard.
They make good coffee, don’t have very good selection of food for vegetarians. The staff are nice. But if you could add some more vegetarians food would be awesome. But overall thank you for the nice coffee

Quite a nice cafe. A reasonable selection of food choices and the coffee is decent quality. Friendly service as well. The seating is good with the one downside being that it’s in the middle of mall thoroughfare so not exactly quiet and you feel rather exposed. If you want a recommendation on something to eat here then they do an excellent cheese scone.
Amazing service. The lovely brunette girl with glasses was so nice and made our experience great. Food was also outstanding!
