Absolutely fantastic! Great portion burger with every bite filled with flavor! Big highlight for this place are the lime thickshakes, these guys do it justice! Definitely a gem of NZ that you need to try!

Been coming for years. Sometimes staff don't seem bothered or happy to be serving you. Burgers are great but sometimes a bit greasy. Strawberry thick shake is the best in the city though!
Went in to try the new vegan plant based mini cheese burger aka Beyond Beleaf Burger. Customer service was excellent and the place neat. Went there for the 2 for 1 priced Burger promotion. The service was really great with a very pleasant smile from the young lady taking orders and subsequently serving them. She was seen serving every customer consistently with same pleasant smile.

This branch is not overly crowded and the food served rather fast comparing to other branches and situ in front of a carpark. Plenty of parking space.
Food and service was great but the awful manager kept yelling and belittling the staff in the kitchen. They seemed to have gotten a few orders wrong so he was patronising them and they looked on the verge of tears. I would not go again if he was still in charge as it was an awful place to eat food i
