This was not my first time here but I was taking my father and mother in law here for the first time. They are very conservative about their food and they loved it. So that’s 3 cheers already. We ordered whole chicken, peri peri fries, tenders and everything was lovely. Staff was very cooperative and orders were quick!! We enjoyed our experience here.
Really good chicken - juicy with a decent amount of bbq sauce, not too salty or oily. Fast service and decent sized portions. The fries weren't crispy though and it's a bit pricey.
Had the classic burger. Tasted a lot better than I thought. Chicken was nice and juicy, and the mild chilli sauce complemented it perfectly. Restaurant nice and clean. Awesome upstairs seating area. Fast and prompt service. Can’t really fault it.
Ordered the chicken tenderloins in mild sauce, chicken bbq thighs, cheesy pita and two peri peri chips. Its our go to when we are hungry and want a meal that's delicious and full of flavor. Me and my partner order through Uber Eats and it arrives fresh and juicy. One of my fav meals😍
Have been to this place for quite a number of times.
The foods, especially the grilled chickens are really yummy. Always feel like having more pieces, never seem to have felt enough....
All of the staff there are friendly and efficient, and they always appear to know their respective job functions well. Fairly cosy environment.
Will certainly go back to this store again soon!

My favorite meal. I love love their grilled chicken and peri peri chips. Cannot say enough about how delicious their meals are. Always a regular at this place and enjoy the food quantity. Great to see that the tables are always clean and great to be served by friendly and efficient staff. Prefer Nandos over the food court meals at ManukauMall.

First time at Nando’s with Boss and a work colleague. Straight after over time on a Saturday. Met up at Nando’s for a feed and it was well worth it. We ordered a share platter of chicken, fries and salad. The chicken was juicy and moist heaps of flavor. Would like to go back ASAP.
My favourite place to visit with my friends👌🏻 chicken was delicious. A bit crowded sometimes and they need to work on their customer service skills as some of their employees are a bit rude.
Tried Nandos for the first time with their Superfoods Salad w/ added grilled HOT Periperi chicken strips. Found the salad to be absolutely divine. Great portion served. Quinoa was cooked perfectly & the chicken was succulent. HOT isn't that hot so give it a go! Great price for the salad too. Wouldn't hesitate to order it again. I also ordered a grilled chicken burger. Nice taste and chips cooked well.
One of my favourite place now for a quick dinner, staffs were friendly , quick service, clean with cosy ambience. The chicken are so tender and you got lots of Nandos sauce to choose from, so l always asked for the mild sauce then will add hot sauce if l felt like it. Will be back soon.
Never fails to please my partner and I. Service is always good and the place is always super clean 👍🏼 although the service time could be a bit faster, still my favourite place to dine casually
I am actually really surprised by the low rating of this Nandos. I love the ambience, especially upstairs it's a really nice restaurant to dine in. The staff were really friendly towards my friends and I. The chicken was amazing and tender as usual. Only thing was that the fries were a little undercooked and not golden. It was really busy the couple of nights I've been but our food still came out really fast. I will definitely be back more often as it's great that there's a good food option that's open late at the mall!
Shared a whole chicken meal between three people and it was quite nice. Love the chicken ribs. The flavours were similar to other chains. Also got an order of corn but was quite disappointed at how soft the kernels were. Nice meal overall and the restaurant looked nice.
Nice food with good ambiance and service. Tried both veg and non-veg and it was good. Veggie pocket is good for vegetarians and rest everything is good for us non-vegetarians. Full marks to this place.
Me and my partner recently went to this Nando's whilst passing through.
First impressions were alright, the light shades were strange and did not suit the store, the odd lighting under the stairs also made the area feel small. The place was very busy and felt cramped so we opted to sit outside.
We ordered the Grande Espetada which was a really nice dish, the chicken was mostly moist and tender, the sweet capsicum is a nice touch.
Overall the place was alright, the staff were nice and the decor was a bit outdated.
I would highly recommend sitting inside as I had strangers talk to me about my dish and others ask for money.

Nando's is great. Some staff here are rude but some are extremely nice. The place is newly renovated and they serve their food quite fast as well. Good quality food and there's also a lot of seats for everyone.
Had african style full chicken with peri sauce.. It was just so delicious and mind blowing.. Ordered 1 full chicken which is sufficient to make 2 of you full.. simply awsum.. Nandos just rocks

Staff are okay, however food is really good for satisfying those Nandos cravings I have!
Espetada was cooked well, chips were good and the corn was delicious!
Definitely will be coming back here more often that going all the way out Botany for Nandos.
I'm a big fan of nando's. Manukau doesn't let me down, the chicken is delicious, the service is great, they are happy to put extra peri salt on the chips and the Portuguese rolls are a great side to the meal. Definitely recommend.
One of my favourite places ..love their grill chicken n BBQ ribs ..only problem is their timing ..they will make u wait for 20-30mins to serve you overall fantastic food
As a lover of Nando's, this would be one of my favourite stores. I go here occasionally.
Friendly service, great location, same old menu but the food is always prepared on time.
All Nandos have the same menu but it mostly matters on ther service and how well the food is prepared.
They are well known for their delicious peri peri sauce and you can choose of you want lemon and herb, mild, hot or extra hot.
Incredibly succulent and delicious flame grilled peri peri chicken is sold here!!
Great food and awesome service. Food was quick and waitresses knew what we wanted before we asked. All in all great place to dine, only down side was that our potato salad was forgotten
Went to Nandos Manukau with a group of friends! Ordered the family feast. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The customer service was amazing and we felt we were well looked after! The restaurant was very clean and although it was fairly busy we received our meal quickly. Very impressed with the quality of the food and the service!
I go here often because of the friendly staff and the delicious food. It has a nice atmosphere and great food. Highly recommended!
Came here to eat with friends, I've always enjoyed their peri peri chips and my friend's got stuffed pita as well as the new garlic bread to share. The food is great and the service was nice. They do seem understaffed, a staff had accidently dropped a plate, but they quickly cleaned up. Some tables were unclean, we also had to wipe off some sauce on ours. Overall, decent experience though.
Nando’s is great but this time they mixed vegan wrap into chicken wrap that wasn’t something we were expecting. Rest in order chicken burger and other grilled chicken wrap was delicious. Just bit disappointed after clearly discussing so well, had to get the refund for the vegan wrap. :(
The best and freshest Nando’s I’ve had in NZ. The presentation was excellent. The food was FAST. And I got to order at the counter (some Nandos make you order online at your table) I asked for sanitiser and the girl went out of her way to look for it and bought me a whole bottle. The place is clean.
I love eating here. The food is always cooked nicely. Delicious food. Love it. The only reason for giving 4 star is many times i went here, i was told the upstairs is closed.. It's always nice to sit upstairs. i used to sit here and enjoy my food years back. Not sure why they always close upstairs no matter if its day time or afternoon or dinner time. And even its full house they will always say at the counter upstairs closed. Theres no point for the upstairs to be remodeled when it doesnt get used by the customers.

This is our go to place for a grilled chicken, love the interior though the only downside compared to other branches is that staff are not so welcoming. I mean, at all the restaurants I come, I always wanted happy and smiling faces as this makes me feel well accommodated. Food is great, mild level of spiciness' just right! Will always come back!
The location of restaurant is very good outside the mall. Interior is nice simple large spacious seating area they have upstairs seating too.convenient parking outside staff is nice welcoming too. Good was nice too.overall nice experience
Was fine, except they put our chicken together on the same plate. One spicy and one not. Also said we couldn't sit upstairs for no apparent reason.
Food was good but the staff was so nonchalant. They were not welcoming or warm. They just stood around in the kitchen all talking to each other. Even when the food was delivered they did not inform us where the plates were. I had to ask and they simply pointed at the plates before resuming their group chat. Lady next to us dined and left. The plate was still there after 40mins or so. A staff member passed by and sat next to us and the table with the plate. Didn't notice or bother to clear it.
TLDR: Food is good. Staff is meh.
Food and services is really good but the plate, water glass and cutleries are really dirty. We needed to clean everything before we use it. Could use better hygiene😊
The place is really nice and employees are very friendly and accomodating. We went there early like 11am and they only have 1 serving of rice available, sad for me but maybe it was busy before we came in that makes the rice finish early. But still the experienced was lovely.
