My pilates group xmas lunch at Tiwaiwaka was lovely, all my annoying dietary needs were catered for with my own plate and the 2 person platter satisfied 4 people easily. Top experience and although I can’t drink wine everyone else reported loving all the wine they tasted.

Cute little vineyard with a private garden setting in the shade. For tastings, it is $2 per wine or $10 for the full range per person. There was also delicious lemonade for $2 a glass which was delightful and refreshing. The platter ($48) for two was plentiful and delicious with a wide range of expensive local produce, eg. salmon, cured meats, cheeses, pickled walnuts - not your everyday pickles and crackers. Service was attentive but unintrusive. Had a very pleasant afternoon visit.

We really enjoyed this small family owned vineyard. Nice sheltered outdoor area, the tasting prices were very reasonable ($10 for 5 wines) and both owners displayed their knowledge and passion for what that make. Also enjoyed the antipasto platter which comprised all local produce. The Chardonnay drizzle is excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

Absolutely phenomenal! The hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable about their products. I had the tasting flight, 5 tasters for $15. They hosts explained each wine as they poured it, the aromas, tastes, and how it was made and from which grapes in their vineyard. We also had a hummus platter and 2 sharing platters. All the food was locally sourced or home made and the olives and hummus particularly were delicious. We had a walk around the vines and looked at the different varietals. It was a wonderful experience, reasonable prices for the high quality products and absolutely fabulous service! Top vineyard of the day!

Our group of 8 were welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved the personal service, story of each wine, and the platters, which were a mix of very tasty home made and local produce. The family atmosphere and involvement in this business, was evident,, as was their passion. Thoroughly recommend this boutique vineyard.

Little size winery with a little beautiful garden where you can have a nice wine tasting under a walnut tree. Easy going atmosphere. Wine tasting 10 dollars.

We loved our visit to Tiwaiwaka! Elise was a very friendly and knowledgeable host. We tried 6 great wines that really represented a taste of Martinborough. We left feeling well looked after with a dozen delicious bottles of wines to look forward to that will be delivered to our home for free. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. We will be back for sure!

This winery is a bit of a hidden gem . The tasting experience was excellent and the staff really looked after us. A very friendly, intimate and quiet experience. Also, reasonably priced. You simply must stop by, and enjoy their range. Thanks again.

Great place to buy cellar door Tiwaiwaka and they still sell Cabbage Tree merlot and Pinot noir. Lovely sheltered courtyard in the cool.

Very friendly greeting by the lady running the tastings. We did our tasting in the shaded courtyard out the back which was very nice. The rose was very interesting. I enjoyed it even though I usually tend to avoid those wines. They do platters also but we didn’t get to sample one

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and share that knowledge in a very engaging and light manner. The tasting experience is unique in Martinborough, intimate and charming. Their wines are excellent. I particularly like the Rose and Pinot and always buy a case or two when I visit.

I just love the way the owners interact with the customers. A sort of family feel about what they make and how proud they are to tell you about the wines. Well Morton and Elise you have kept the wife happy with some glorious bottles of plonk. Thank you.

Morton. Don't know if you remember us but your wines were incredibly good. Specially the pinot noir (2017 I think). This was our best experience, intimate, speaking with a friendly owner, and in a lovely place.
