Came for coffee and hot chocolate but saw their dessert menu so we came back specially for that after dinner. Not disappointed at all. Had the Affogato, Salted Caramel Chocolate Lava Cake and Tiramisu. Worth every calorie!! 😅 they also had a special Feijoa Mojito and this was super yums!
Fantastic food and service. Great menu choices and a vast drinks menu available. Staff are attentive and very hard working. Will return next time we are in Martinborough.
Lots of vegan options (all pictured). The carrot cake was to die for! The dinner was basic but tasty. Mulled cider was delicious. We came back for more!
Absolutely amazing as always, got the Cajun pork dish - stunning and to die for, Michaels service is always fantastic and September is an amazing chef, always friendly and helpful! Will definitely come back!
Food was outstanding, the best restaurant in Martinborough. Staff were lovely and very helpful with my gluten intolerance. Great for GF. Price was very affordable for quality and portion of meals. Highly recommend!
Sunday date with hubby slow to start service but made up for. Best chips in martinbrough. Friendly service, fun atmosphere. Happy with price.
Will def be back..we both enjoyed our meals..pork belly / drunken noodles with seared prawns. We followed up with Lemon tart / tiramisu. Loads of flavour and presented well with both course's...thanx

Really enjoyed our visit to Tonic Bistro! Lots of tasty vegetarian and vegan options as well meat options so a great place to take people with different dietary requirements! Loved that cocktail menu donated a portion of a purchase to the Wairarapa Kitty rescue too. Will definitely be back! Lovely team on as well. :)
Popped in for dessert, so glad we did the Tiramisu and cheesecake are to dye for. Would of taken photo's if we hasn't gobbled it up so quickly. Extensive craft beer menu with a couple of taps too, along with local wines. Friendly servuce, would definitely recommend.
Relaxed and efficient service, tasty food and a good selection of wine by the glass makes for an enjoyable dinner.
Dropped in for a late lunch and very glad to do so! Food is excellent, and reasonably priced. Pork Belly was tender, quinoa stuffed mushroom superb, and all deserts tip top! And this was topped off with great service from the friendly staff

What a find, they have a staggering range of well curated drinks, sensational food and lovely staff. Worth a detour let alone a visit.

Loved this lil cutie pie! Michael and September the chef looked after us so well! We found our new favourite gin, and had the best meal. Hope we get to come back!
Wonderful place, the food was absolutely fantastic. Some of the juiciest chicken I’ve had. Great beer selection & Michael and September were very warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back!
