Yummiest bacon burgers and chips. Limited seating inside ie 1 table & a few outdoor tables. Don't let that put you off, the bacon is worth it. They are organized and stick to their knitting. Definitely keen to pop in again.

I’m not usually a bacon butty person unless the bacon is crispy - this was crispy and would have again! Even the option for HP sauce. Had bacon and egg butty but would have the bap next time but that’s just my preference toast was still good!

Hands down the best bacon butty I have tasted. Excellent price, friendly staff and good food. I recommend the butty in their homemade Baps, rather than the toast bread, as it has more of a chewy texture. I was going to share my butty with my other half and the staff had offered to cut it in half

My favourite place to come before walking round the Matakana Markets on Saturdays. The baps are great - we love the bacon, egg, hasbrown combo with HP sauce. Grab a coffee from next door and you're sorted!

Lovely staff, always so friendly! I always get the bacon bap with Eddie and hashbrown and it's the best! Definitely a place to try out when you come to Matakana
