Stopped in at the Te Poi Tavern. What an awesome country pub! Fantastic, friendly service and the food look absolutely delicious π good ole home cooked hearty π and π etc
Alot of bikers tend to stop in there on their rides and those that travel to Tauranga and surrounding towns.
I have been told it can become very busy there at times, I can see why!
Highly recommend if you are traveling through Te Poi pop on in for a πΊ and π you won't be disappointed! I only wish I could of stayed longer!
Stopped here for lunch. Had a BLT and chips. Was not disappointed. Friendly staff. Very cool old fashioned pub. Had a good chat with some locals. Hope to return.
Love this place, a real good ol fashion pub with great out food! It's up forsale so I hope who ever buys it continues the great hospitality
Great place to stop for a drink and a good meal. Staff are great people and make you feel welcome. Mussels fritters are worth the visit on their own. Others raved about the burgers which also looked great. A must stop on your travels.
Best burgers and the mussel fritters were delish to . Definitely worth a visit . Host very friendly .

Country pub at a crossroad of highways. Publican very friendly and the food is HOMECOOKED. Perfect stopping place for a pint and a feed.
Perfect place to stop on my #unguidedtours, friendly bar staff, good selection of food, beverage & people to chat with. Plus the carpark is ideal for a display of motorbikes.
