As my local I always come for fish and chips and their burgers... These burgers 🍔 are always delicious and their $25 whanau packs GREAT VALUE. Last night come into the bar for a meal and had the grilled steak salad was so worth the money and could easily fed x 2 of us. Always exceptional customer
Awesome food and cheerful staff here. Had snapper and chips, which was cooked to perfection. It’s the best place to have a feed after a day at the beach.
Coffee was hot. We had lunch there too. Burger and fries. Good size burger, needed to be eaten using knife and fork! Fries were crunchy and hot.
Thank you all for the mean kai and wonderful service today, we will definitely be back, Merry Christmas to you all

We had two beers and a piece of fish and half a chips very nice indeed the bar staff were very polite and friendly 👍😊
The food hits the spot and the friendly service is amazeing, only place for ages and still maintaining customer service, a true gem.
Very appreciative of this outpost. It's an oasis perched on the ridge where you can get pantry fillers and treats from the store. Then get refreshments, great meals and play pool at the cafe/pub next door. 😁 The staff are great 👍🏼
What a perfect spot. Set on the road just before you head down to the beautiful Matauri Bay.. and the lip road to some of the finest ticked away beaches the far north has to offer. Perfect size, great ambience, and possibly the best bowl of chips I've had to share with a friend since aaages ago!

Surprising little place, may not look the absolute flashest on first look, however could not fault it. Clean, tidy, excellent service, food and drinks delivered promptly, excellent coffee, and one of the best burgers I have had. Friendly staff, the whole experience gets a 10/10 from our group...will
This bar/Cafe is a wonderful place to eat and relax it has outstanding service it's clean and the food is delicious beyond belief personally it's a 5 out of 5 for me and my partner and we highly recommend to stop in and try the food you won't be disappointed cheers 😊
Nice place to drop in for food and drinks. It has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Carparking outside.
Take away - Great feed and well priced! Have been twice and the oil was always fresh resulting in great chips! Steak and egg burger is great. Nothing fancy but good value for money!
