Great food and the passion the owners have for the business is infectious. The book themed vibe is lovely and the food is awesome. I especially loved the waffles and the bacon and mushrooms were cooked to perfection with the big breakfast. I’ll definitely be back.
Wow. From start to finish. What an experience. Got a gluten free Freaky Shake and a peanut butter one. Every part of it was well thought out and delicious. Well done team. We will be back.

I had a banana smoothie which was nice. Abit like a milkshake tho. My friend had a cheese scone which she said was really really salty and her ice chocolate was really really sweet. Unfortunately probably won't go back. Customer service was awesome

We have now been 2 times for breakfast. Both times the food has been great and fairly priced and the smoothies great. But the highlight has been the staff, super friendly and up beat. Would definitely recommend.
Today was the third time we’ve visited the cafe since we’ve moved down to the beautiful Mt Maunganui area. I don’t care what you might read about the wait times. These days everyone is understaffed and overworked. The staff here make up for any wait by delicious food, amazing service and consistent

Lovely cafe with a large variety of food and drinks avail ( including the best shakes I have ever seen )
Staff were attentive and caring and were happy to re make a Coffee latte and add cream and ice cream to it to make it sweeter.

Four of us went there for brunch today. All of us loved our food. Great big breakfast, superbly presented eggs bene and apparently the French toast was amazing.
Staff were all so welcoming and felt like we were regulars

We had a beautiful breakfast this morning, the food was made with love and were served by a lovely waitress. They have a sunny outdoor seating which is perfect for chilly mornings. And yes, the best coffee we had in New Zealand so far. Will recommend.
