Great place to have a coffee and a pie. Service 10 out of 10. Keep the good will up.
Store was always busy. Service was fast. Their coffee is not strong, but overall it was good.
Hot coffee and cheese muffin today ,good selection of food , can be heated if required, premises in centre mall Bayfair , all services at hand, friendly helpfull staff, plenty of seating , quick service.
Awesome Barista, a good energy, and a fantabulous hot chocolate. Definitely pop in here and try it out. Service was very fast, but not rushed. 10/10

Coffee tho unfortunately could be better. But the staff & owner are great bunch of guys. Always pleasant and friendly.

Very busy at the time I was there. The person who served me needed to be the person who worked the cash register as a person could have walked away with the goods without paying.

Nice heated cheese scone and English breakfast tea. Lovely staff. Area is nice but of course it's in a mall. But comfy chairs and table
The busy, friendly staff at the only place we’ve been to that have “real” large coffee’s, muffins and other lovely food choices! All served by the friendliest barista ever met!
Yummy muffins, made daily. Staff friendly. Every 5th coffee free if you have their card.
I have my lunch at Muffin break bayfair every Sunday Monday and Tuesday and have the same thing a blt and a americano the staff are so friendly and willing to help if they've run of blt they'll make one for me I can't say enough good things about Mandeep Winnie and Jeff.

Good coffee and food BUT they could not clear the tables. There were no free tables i counted five tables that just sat there dirty. had to clear our own table in doing this I spilt our coffee they couldn't even swipe our table. We did it using tissues. I said something to the duty manager. She said they were short staffed
.rubbish there were 8 staff and stood there waiting for the next order. Not good muffin break.
