Chinese food is vg however fried menu has been on the decline for a while now. Today was the worst ever - too greasy and fish portions are now made up with batter.

There is fish and chip shops, and there's Girven Road Takeaways. This place is always busy with good reason, the food is inexpensive and ridiculously tasty. Have tried the chips, fish (hoki), burgers, oysters, scallops etc. It's good, well priced and delicious. Get in and enjoy

Always get nice sized pieces of fish here. Pro-tip: they will deep fry almost any chocolate bar you bring in. A deep fried crunchie bar is next level

Beautiful fish and chips. Chinese dishes are very good and a good variety to choose from. Quick service, good location and pricing, serving portions are very good size for all dishes. Good all round food offer.

Real busy place. Youll need to phone and order ahead to save waiting around. Nice fish (huge) sausages and chips are very tasty. 4 stars for the wait but would have been 5

Really nice chippies, actually the best we have come across so far in the area including bobby's. They were nice a crunchy and perfectly salted. Place is 10 years overdue for a makeover though.
