This cafe is 11/10, my partner and I love it so much we go here at least once a week for their early bird breakfast special. It is so delish every time and the coffee is always 10/10. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and make the cafe a great vibe. Today I had a high tea with 7 other friends and out of all the high teas I’ve been too this one was THE BEST! They had big portion sizes for everyone and so much food we couldn’t Finnish our meal. I always have a great experience at this cafe and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Quick bunch, food was good looked very appealing… coffee was very good. Just a small meh 😑 was the eggs, my egg had a lot of water come out of it when I broke it open and the bacon and eggs “eggs” were very well done when asked for runny yolks.

Farm Street Larder can be a bit hit or miss. When they first opened, the Favourite Husband and I were suitably impressed. Friendly staff, good value for money, interesting menu options that delivered on taste. Somewhere in the middle it seemed to nosedive. Change of chef maybe, no idea. But disappointing. There’s nothing worse than praising a place to friends and taking them there, only to end up horrified that they’d think my standards were that low. Fortunately, the last couple of times have been a hit. Having given it a wide berth for 6 months, we have returned. Like a hard boiled egg does when you burp after eating. And the last three visits things are good again. Admittedly I’ve played it safe with eggs Benny and mushrooms and the Favourite Husband hasn’t veered away from the usual big breakkie. He’d prefer a decent butcher’s sausage, rather than the pre-frozen deep fried nugget of nothingness, but he’ll eat it because I rarely feed him. There was insufficient hollandaise sauce for me. I like my eggs to be swimming in it, but that’s my personal preference. More keto friendly options would be the cherry on the cake. Great coffee incidentally. Now if we could just shush the kids in the adjacent playground from crying, all would be rosy.

Lovely breakfast, the sourdough was great! Good coffee too. Dex rates it a 10/10, because of the side of Halloumi, only $3 and grilled well!!

Great menu, lots of choice with good healthful ingredients. I had the halloumi vegetarian bowl (can’t remember the name of the dish) - it was delicious, with kale, beans, hummus, a fried egg with a gooey yolk. Coffee was strong and chocolatey, tasty. Nice place to set up and work, especially when the sun shines through the big windows. Also they do a special in the mornings - eggs on toast with free coffee

The food is varied, vegetarian and meat selections, delicious home made scones, clean light & sunny interior & sunny exterior seating. With such a great cafe, my only disappointment is that every time I go here in the morning, the young girl on the front till, lacks a smile, a hello, for customers.

Had a great catch up with an old friend here. Great coffee and nice open quiet space, easy parking and great to shop afterwards…now if you’d popped over while we were deep in animated conversation we 100% would have ordered more coffees ❤️☕️

Good place to chill, food is amazing and the staffs are really friendly. Not much of waiting time needed for the food and drinks, definitely will be back for more. Edited this review as i went there for a second time and ordered something else. I ordered winter wellness last time, but this time i ordered the farmers start.(added sausages and mushroom) Minced meat with the bread as well as minced peas blend well for my taste. Especially the meat is really tender. Not only that, there were more customers but the food still served hot and fast. Glad that i went back again and always want to have more.

Large space sunny area. Server is nice and sweet. Cabinet bread is good flavoury! Orange cake is little too sweet for me😂 but still very nice and peaceful place. Definetly come back for meals! Happy to found nice place around here.

Arrived when they were about to close & still received reasonably good service. Had a Panini & a coffee to take away. Delicious & tasty. My 1st time I've tried this Cafe. Good 1st impression indeed. I'm looking forward to going back, dinning in properly & trying their other delicious food & beverages on the menu. Thanks so much!

Had a light lunch there with friends. Food is tasty and I like the bright blue colour they used. The smoothie was surprisingly good, the blue magic.

I had to feed the inner beast and a hungry teenager, so we got the Bacon, Avo, Kumara rosti and the Bacon & brie mezze bun. Food was tasty and the coffees were bearable but not outstanding. Why not park your poodle outside with you under the shade of one of the umbrellas. Better than most of the other cafes in Bayfair for food anyway.

Food was great and we didn’t have any issues with the service when we visited, unlike from the reviews. I absolutely enjoyed the Turkish bread and the fresh avos.

Came in around 1:30pm today and was served by a lovely Maori wahine, she had the biggest smile on her face and just made the atmosphere feel great. And I've got to say she made me the best iced mocha I've ever tasted!! Thanks! :)

This is the first time we have been to Farm Street Larder. It was recommended by an acquaintance and we were not disappointed. From the moment we we were welcomed, to the serving staff, fabulous food, really good coffee and the “thanks for coming “ as we were leaving. This is going on our list for regular coffee spots. Thanks team!
