Majority of the time I visit through drive through they always seem to get my order wrong. Something is either missing or they've given me the wrong burger. However there is a guy there who's been there a while. I think he may be the manager as he wears a different top. He's always friendly and apologises when I have to drive all the way back. I think he's islander? Thank you if you didn't handle it the way you did I would probably went bloody crazy lol. The dining room could do with an upgrade or something. Floor is always slippery even after when it's been mopped and dried. I never trust those floors. Other than that overall it's ok
I have Mc Craving one night n decided to go to MCD. Lunn Ave. I have to give this fast food chain store some credit.
The staff is really friendly and the place is clean and they have this corner that is really comfy.

This place is quiet and spacious and the staff are always nice. Last time, it was very windy and I dropped my drink at the car park. One of the manager outside saw me during her break and gave me a free drink. Nice place to relax for a bit :)

Had late night dessert mcflurry icecream and soft serve cone with flake after long time here. Enjoyed that time. Night time was so cool. Good taste.
I go here often, however for the first time I’d like to acknowledge the excellent service I received at the drive-thru this evening from a very friendly young lady at the first window and when placing our order. Didn’t get her name (her hair was in a long plait), but told her how appreciative we are of her service and my daughter did the same when she went through the drive-thru about 15 mins later. Keep her on forever please!
Can't get a simple order right. Just went there and ordered a cheese burger with add on bacon and no onions or pickles as my son was craving that for dinner. Came back home and found I got the normal cheese burger with onions and pickles and no bacon. Thanks for charging me MCD and then not delivering.
Update 24 June 2021 - tried their new spicy chicken and chicken pieces. Both were really tasty especially the chicken pieces. Will definitely get that again. Presentation of the burger of course looks nothing like their menu pic 🙂
The burgers here are SO good that they bring camera crews in to film them (see photo). In all seriousness, this is one of the better McDonald’s in Auckland. Friendly staff, quick service, and the place is never too crowded. Keep up the good work team!

Loved the service, great place for fast food. The drive through is open 24 hours, 7 days a week but the restaurant is open from 9 to 7.
Plenty of place to seat and small children play area as well. They do have McCafe Van in a parking lot as well. 😊😇
Has to be one of the best Maccas restaurants in Auckland. Super friendly staff & food was hot. Highly recommend.
My experience at this McDonald’s was very pleasurable, mainly because of the amazing service and kindness of a worker named Maddie. I think that she deserves a raise.

Coffee is hot and good. Best Mc Donalds playground I have seen so far for my kid to play around. They have baby/disabled Toilet and it is clean. The counter staff just left my order in midair and served other customer but not a big deal for me.
