I’ve been here a few times, and the plum is always fantastic. For anyone familiar, it tastes vaguely of hawthorn and I can’t get enough. Funnily enough, this time the winner was vanilla. Never any ice crystals, perfectly scooped, I can’t say anything bad about any of their flavours. Everyone is distracted by the big ice cream shop across the road (which is good) but this little gem is the best on Marine Parade.
Had the hokey pokey flavour on a cone, smooth creamy texture and had some solid chunks of hokey pokey in it too! Cone was good as well. Worth a visit!

I really enjoyed Gelato 2U. Their gelatos are super tasty and really well made. Service was also really great too.
I tried the coconut chip, tiramisu, and feijoa gelatos, and each one was utterly superb.
Great gelato and sorbet, got the rum rasin and espresso for gelato and feijoa for sorbet. All in recommend, you can literally taste the real feijoa fruit.

I am quite picky with gelato and ice cream. This is the only third positive review of gelato I give in the whole New Zealand. This ice cream is DELICIOUS and not too sweet. To die for attitidue a bit debatable but the queue is always there so I guess it is not easy!
Very delicious gelato with awesome flavours (we had the mango-peach and gingerbread) at an affordable price. The owners were very friendly too!
Hands down the best ice cream I had in New Zealand! Utterly delicious flavours and super creamy and smooth. Yum. Good thing I don't live in Napier, as I'd be going there every day!

Ahmazing gelato and ice cream selection! We got there right as the place was closing and the lady was so kind enough to serve us instead of turning us away to close for the night on a Sunday. The prices of the delicious desserts were very inexpensive and we were able to sample before committing to a flavor. The nice lady did not rush us either which was nice, she was patient as well as my littles chose what flavor they desired. Overall, definitely would recommend it’s close to the beach and great service!

Great ice cream! They also have a few gelato flavors (2-3) so that is the reason for only 4 stars. The ice cream is very good though, and you should stop here for some!
This is about the third time we've had a gelato and they just keep getting better. Staff are always polite and friendly, and the gelatos are delicious, but today I had a hokey pokey gelato with big chunks of "homemade" honeycomb which was just superb. Definitely on our radar now.
