Had a really awesome experience here. The waitress was really polite and helpful, the only suggestion I'd make is letting people know they have to pay for the bottle of water at their table. Majority of restaurants give a chilled bottle of water for the table so it was very sneaky of them to charge

What a great dinning experience, I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed eating here. The steak was cooked perfectly and super tender. I did not care much for the toilet facilities unfortunately.

First visit to Portofino Napier, place was busy on a Friday night but we still managed a table without having a booking.
Great meals, very tasty. Most meals were on the generous side too.

There is italian and then there is Portofino in Napier. Food is exceptional and authentic. We had masala amd marinara dishes that I can still taste in my head, simply superb. Service is excellent, wine choices extensive bringing local wines into the mix. This is a restaurant you can keep coming back
