Our first time here. Loved it. Staff are lovely. The food is delightful. Coffee is perfect. Love the outdoor gardens.
Amazing place to stop off for tasty wholesome food. Jalapeño scones are out of this world as is the coffee! Everything else I saw come out of the kitchen was also amazing and the decor was just great; even the bathroom followed the theme.

Super location. Gorgeous garden. Tasty coffee. I returned with a large cycling group, and enjoyed the food and the coffee. I am impressed that there is a selection of tasty food that caters for different dietary requirements.
I found this little gem as I was looking for an outdoor space to create in and it has been perfect.
It’s a simple and tasteful set up, French press coffee which is hot, many GF options in food, friendly staff, surrounded by roses and greenery.
Needless to say I’m here a bit!!

Good mix of sweet and lunch things, good food, lots of vegetarian choice. I like meeting up here as they have covered outdoor seating with blankets and the lawn chairs in summer.

My food was divine, jalapeno scone and descontructed lemon meringue. My friends beef sandwich looked lovely but fell apart while trying to eat due to the beetroot and not being cut for easier consumption. Could do with more robust plates as the paper plates just didn't cut the mustard. On a more positive note, food selection was great and beautiful garden setting, also very well priced flowers.
Always friendly and genuinely want to know how you are. Feels like cheers. Amazing hot chocolate with coconut milk, finally a good hot choc that is dairy free.
The Black Shed is a great cafe to relax at with it's nice garden outdoor seating area with plenty of room to throw a blanket on the ground and relax and while the kids to run around. Good selection of drinks and cabinet food that should satisfy most people.
It was on the spur of the moment, that we popped into the delightful looking flower shop / coffee bar.
There was a wonderful aroma of fresh flowers intermingling and fresh coffee. It was a shame that we only had time for a quick look around, and a wonderful coffee.
This is a place we would come back again when next in the area, the staff and very friendly and helpful. Beware we spotted a couple of yummy looking treats too.
Lovely little cafe. Just has basic cabinet food, no hot stuff/menu but the coffee was lovely. The lady serving was also very accommodating of our requests for water, a cloth and then using the toilet twice. (Aren't children wonderful?)

Fabulous place. We sat outside and had beautiful hot coffees, surrounded by amazing roses and other fora and fauna of Chilton Gardens. Great staff and brilliant service.
