Keto food is hard to find while travelling, but finding the Urban Deli filled with great keto options and the deserts was an awesome find. Well worth going out of your way to find!
Great range for keto ! But I was a bit disappointed I got a butter chicken pie it was yummy and the pastry was great, but it was a bit soggy because of microwaving I work in a cafe in Wellington and I recommend an air fryer. your food will be heated and crispy in under 2 minutes! But lovely staff
Went in to Urban deli today and was STARVING. Bought a very tasty salad, tailor made the way I chose. Delish. Reasonable price, and served by very polite friendly staff member. Thanks. 10/10

Great coffee, delicious food and superb staff. Love all the offerings of sauces, teas and other fun merchandise. You can get a cuppa and shop for gifts while you are at it. My go to cafe.
I was recommended trying urban deli on a recent trip to Napier. It was so good I went back most days! This is hands down the best keto food I have found. Lovely staff also. Keep up the great work guys! PS please start couriering your keto savoury muffins to Auckland please!
Excellent range and beautiful food👌 Urban deli Caters for alot of different food allergies which is great for a quick bite, they will heat it for you if required.. totally recommend for Gluten free and Keto..
Fantastic food. I just had a club sandwich and vanilla slice. Absolutely devine. Coffee was perfect.
