Fantastic coffee & great service! The vibe was relaxed & quirky! Visiting from Wellington I can hands down say this is the best coffee I've tried in the country. They have so many options too. The staff are friendly & the food is fresh & delicious!

Great coffee selection and very friendly service in Nelson. They have their own blends that will not disappoint coffee lovers! No breakfast apart from cabinet food though. We did have a delicious freshly baked scone :) Always come back when I'm in Nelson.
Had two great flat whites here. The coffee is organic & you can actually buy the beans here too. The cafe is cosy with lounges to while away the day & the staff are friendly
We ate here with the family and had a relaxing time. Friendly staff, chillaxed cafe vibe, only complaint is only two cooked breakfast options on offer. However, what we got was hot, tasty and timely. Well done Kush. We will be back.
My regular morning coffee stop. Best coffee in town, fast and friendly service. The atmosphere is great too, perfect for sitting reading the paper or chatting with mates. The baking is DIVINE, love their cheese scones. Their new building is awesome!

Enjoyed the flavours of this coffee. Was well presented & served quickly. This coffee shop has a definite retro vibe. Lots of cosy couches with comfortable bright cushions, knick knacks abound & paintings adorning the walls. Find a cosy corner here to relax & savour the flavour!

Was visiting from California during NYE. Went on a morning run, ended up in the middle of city centre and needed coffee so went into a store to ask for a coffee shop recommendation and the store staff gushed over about Kush. Got my coffee to-go and eyed the tasty and healthy looking food in the glass case and vowed to return the next day with hubby to dine in. The interior of the place looked like it came straight out of Friends with comfy looking sofa and kitschy good decor. Coffee was nice and strong but the food was beyond what we expected! Had the Mediterranean quinoa cake and roasted veggie fritatta and oats apricot for dessert. Even my picky hubby said he would come here everyday if we lived in Nelson. I second that!
Best coffee in Nelson! Lovely people, responsibly (fairtrade and organic) coffees and outstanding teas, it was tough to choose. Finally, decided on the Kerala cuppa with a side of runny cream, and I was in coffee heaven: freshly ground cardamom, fragrant coffee, a splash of cream. I will be back!
Great cafe, fab coffee but please warm those beautiful scones a little before serving them to customers… we weren’t asked so just assumed that usually happens 😔
Love their Kerala long black (brewed with crushed cardamom pods) it's the only cafe I've ever seen with cardamom coffee on the menu. The beans are top quality organic fair trade, and there's usually a good selection of high quality cabinet food too. Definitely my favorite cafe in the region, and one of my top favorites in the country!
I travel around for work and also drink a lot of coffee. Kush's espresso with infused cardamom is 😗👌 Probably the best coffee in NZ.
Crunchy cheese scones, Coffee as per.. Too die for!!.. Due to COVID19 closures & staff changes a tricky start to my morning cafe & Dominion! But Andy & staff still have possibly Aotearoa's best coffee. So there pooie bear.!

We toured through NZ for 3 weeks and this shop had the best flat white, pie, and service that we came across. Thanks for being excellent!

One my fav cafés to chill. It has a relaxed atmosphere. Bit disappointed this time that the new barista served me a latte instead of ordered latte macchiato. I drank it anyway and informed staff about the mistake. Kush's coffee tastes great. Looking forward to a - layered - latte macchiato next time.
Always fantastic coffee and cheese scones, I’m so lucky to have this coffee shop as my local, staff are always friendly. Love that they run how to make coffee lessons and beans are available to buy and take home.
Great ambience but most importantly top quality coffee.
