Very friendly staff, who seemed more than happy to go out of their way to arrange food from the local eateries - pizza, thai or fish & chips. Superb venue, friendly owner/ curator, lovely beer from one of the first craft beer venues in Nelson. 5 mins from Tahunanui Beach. Visit them before they close sometime in March 2019. Sad the institution is going.
Awesome Art Deco atmosphere and very cosy , we were the only women there and didn't feel out of place .
Games available while you relax. ... cards , connect 4, jenga and dominoes, outside food can be brought in from approved places , check with barman. I'd definitely visit again when back in Nelso
Really Great selection - Heaps of taps, Very nice lady behind the bar the night we went. Dog friendly outside. Great little spot!
Lovely staff, good beers, games to play. But a really funny smell like paint or glue so we had to sit outside but staff were really helpful and made us comfortable
