I tried the thick shake which wasn’t bad but if only you ask me about the difference between that one and the milk shake, I’d say 50 cents! 😅

Amazing place, people and food! The owner was super lovely, helped us out lots and was great with local knowledge. Fish and chips were delish too, perfect batter, yummy gurnard and a great view! Definitely worth a stop👌🏼

Chips were served cold, but didn't go there for the chips.

This was a fantastic place to stop for lunch, coffee or an ice cream. The fish and chips were so delicious and enjoyed in a very picturesque setting.
There is freedom camping, toilets and rubbish bins there too.

As a tourist i wanted to try the local catch. I had tarakihi. It was to die for! The City, the people and this food truck are amazing. I will come back one day and i hope it is still here so i can have some more.

Fantastic fish and chips by the beach!! We stopped here yesterday for a family picnic lunch and really enjoyed eating out on nearby picnic tables. The pieces of fish were beautiful, fresh and generous in size. In fact we would come back here (from Wellington) just for the food! The service was slow
