Awesome place tucked away in Northcote! You wouldn’t know it was there when driving past so is hard to miss but worth the find. A huge selection of beers and you can taste before you buy and buy a tasting paddle if you can’t decide. Also has rotting food trucks to get some snacks while you are there. Great spot!
If you’re down for some day time drinks, The Beer Spot is your go to place! They have the biggest variety of tap beers and they even have a barber on site on certain days. The weekly changing food truck is amazing, especially when you combine it with Peach’s Fried Chicken.

Went here a month or so ago is the best place to go for people who enjoy beer have many different ranges on tap and u can do this tester where u can have 6 different types of beer for 25$ also they have small ramen takera there which has amazing food
An awesome enthuisiastic Staff and Management combination ensures that your visit to The Beer Spot will always be pleasent , enjoyable and relaxing . It would be hard to even come close to replicating the amazing range of beers - they seem to have several for every taste ! The different Food Trucks each week make it impossible to tire of the great variety of food available . Gotta say that The White Lady still serves up the best & freshest Burgers in NZ - bar none ! An innovative bar and concept with a winning mix .
Probably the biggest selection of craft beers in Auckland. So far tried 5 of them and all are amazing. I will rate it 5/5 for beer. The only downside is their food truck. I ordered buttermilk fried chicken poutine and it was bad. Next time i would rather spend that on the beer. Please improve your food quality or at least start serving just normal fries.
Edditing this review as now I love this place. They have very good range of food trucks changing weekly. Now i am regular at this place. Love you guys and now you are expanding to Huapai where i live. Just a note peach hot chicken with their beers are just the best combination you can have.
Great local craft beer pub... very laid back and generally always you can get a seat.
The tasters are good for those who can't make up their mind, and the good trucks change weekly which keeps things fresh!
You feel at home like your in your mates garage and there is always way too much to try.. good luck choosing!
The Best place if you are after a great, lovely, cold beer (or two) after work. They have 40 Craft beers on tap, which gets changed regularly so there is always something new to try. Plus they have a different Food Truck outside every week

Gorgeous experience here today! Met a client for a beer, turned into the as we enjoyed the sun, the great staff and some pretty sweet atmosphere. The selection of beers being impressive is an understatement, I was just glad that there were people behind the bar happy to guide me to what was good. Highly recommended! 5🍺/5
Awesome backyard brewery vibe, inside and outside seating options with great service. Lots of unique beers on tap. They have a rotation of food trucks so there's always something different (sometimes surprising options) when you visit!! Doggos friendly too!!
The Beer Spot is our absolute favourite place to go on the Shore for a drink. The food trucks change every week to keep things fresh, same with the beer choices! Such a great atmosphere and the staff are friendly. It's super dog friendly, which is amazing!

Only actually disappointing thing is there doesn't appear to be a plan to open local to me and have a reward scheme.
Also be cool if they opened local and did the 100 pint club. Other than that a MUST attend venue for one and all.

Impressed with the craft beer selection, basic ambiance with old furniture, need to focus on re arranging seating areas.

Great spot for a craft beer and a bit of food truck food from one of the visiting vendors, which change from month to month. Excellent place to go after work. Casual, without being untidy. Excellent service. No complaints from me.
One of the coolest, most unique bars I've ever been to. Staff were amazing and very welcoming. Great table service and the Argentinian food caravan was awesome. Can't recommend enough.
Awesome place. Like the setting, the beer choice and the food trucks which change each week or so. Staff were knowledgeable and happy to help with picking a good beer. Looking forward to going again.

Always a food truck available and nothing but good craftbeer selections. Copious outside and inside seating. Love their beer marketing slogans, signs, and floor mats. Short description is all that is needed; I'll guaranteed be back many times.
