Nice fresh pub food. Orange roughy and chips, washed down with a lovely cold pressed apple cider. Fast service and a good fire in the stove on a chilly autumn afternoon. The well-seasoned side salad and dish of tartare sauce was a pleasant addition. Go early on a Saturday night as a cosy place that fills up quickly.

The food at this pub surprised a seasoned travellers. Great outlook, not so busy and good parking. Outside dinning if not too cold. Could not ask for a better lunch.

Pleasant service, nice decor and a good family atmosphere. Cajun chicken salad is always a good choice if you can't decide, and theirs was lovely. Burger and chips was a good solid staple. Do try the pumpkin fritter for dessert, it is delicious!

Really enjoyable dinner on a very busy night. Great restaurant space but felt a little forgotten at one point as we were only 2 guests and there were a lot of groups. However the food was delicious and well priced.

Great spot! Started with the garlic bread, then onto the pork ribs special and my partner had the beef burger. What previous reviews have said about the size of the meals were not exaggerating! Supermeals! Ribs were still great with a good sauce, great homemade burger.

Pub had a great buzz while lots were there watching a league game. I recommend the Cajun chicken salad it was so tasty, hubby had seafood chowder, he said it wasn't too bad, not thick enough for him though

We dined here on a very busy Monday evening. The waitress was more than accommodating for the 4 adults and 1 infant in our party, even moving a couple off a table to free space, and then helping us to move to another table that better suited the high chair. The food was excellent, and the service was second to none. Could not recommend the Boot's and Jandal's more.

Amazing atmosphere and cosy community feeling. Managed to visit on social night and it was great to see the locals all enjoying themselves. Had a beautiful salad and salmon on toast. Was a very generous serving of salmon! Great value for money,

A great country pub, refreshed after the revamp and not lost its roots. Getting expensive on its meals compared to what it used to be, but still worth a visit
