Had an amazing meal with family. The quality of seafood was incredible. Generous portions and the best service. Highlights were the tuna crudo, scallops, cauliflower risotto and duck leg. I also want to mention the Mr Green cocktail - insanely refreshing and delicious I would go back just for that. Also has the most stunning view of the beach to look out while you eat

Honestly, some of these Google reviews are not proper reviews and unfairly star rating this restaurant, even when customers say they've enjoyed the food service and ambience! My wife, son and I had an excellent dining experience. Delicious food, excellent wines and attentive service. They allowed our well behaved dog to sit under our table. This is a top notch establishment and the price of our meal matched the experience. The average rating should be higher, like 4.8 or above.

Ki Maha is one of our absolute favourite restaurants, we have been many times for lunch or dinner where the food is always exceptional, along with one of the most beautiful settings in the country it’s a destination you must experience

A winter break on Waiheke started with a fabulous lunch at Ki Maha. We had the anchovies and wagyu croquettes to start followed by a sirloin w cafe de Paris butter and frites of course, lamb riccia and a divine tiramisu to finish. Wonderful food in a gorgeous setting right on the beach at Onetangi. And terrific service - special shoutout to Charlotte.

Lovely birthday dinner, exceptional flavours and service. Nice to experience something different on the island. Ceviche’ amazing! Scallops, oysters both ways (a little shell), waygu croquet bomb! Fries.. espresso martini 👌🏼 Next time we will try dessert! Some miscommunication with wait staff but we were happy either way. Nice clean toilets. We choose to tuck ourselves at the back of restaurant for a more intimate/private experience. Generally we prefer more relaxed dining but Ki Maha is not just Hype.. See you again soon! Saph & Matt 🌞

Went to Waiheke on Sunday, there were only 3 restaurants around Onetangi beach. This restaurant is the furthest in distance from the bus stop, but worth the walk!!! I've tried the other 2 before, and think this place is the best :) Very welcoming and freindly staffs. Food is 10/10. The atmosphere and the view are absolutely beautiful!

We loved our dinner at Ki Māha. The food was unreal, we had the steak and the lamb. Best steak we have had. Such a beautiful spot right on the beach and the service was great, they even brought out cute blankets for us when the sun went down. Will definitely be telling our friends and family to visit!

This is now one of my favorite restaurants, not only on Waiheke, but in New Zealand. Food was absolutely stunning, service was Michelin grade and the setting could not be much better. Dishes worth a mention are: Scallops - the best I have ever eaten Shashimi - the flavours were perfect Lamb Papadelle - simple but full of flavour with very tender slithers of lamb

A sophisticated dining experience for the staff of Nesuto Newhaven who were served for a change by a very attentive team instead of being the servers. The food was gastronomical, especially the lamb. The atmosphere was great, in spite of the rain. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Ki Māha Restaurant. Be prepared to walk as there are only a few car parks on the side of the building.

Where to start? Amazing location, and the food was on point! The chefs are definitely talented, flavors wise it was beautiful from the beginning to the end. Fast service, efficient. Would recommend the chili margarita if you want to get a bit more spicy! Thank you!

Beautifully situated; on a fine day, it's a marvel. Nice interiors and comfortable furnishings. The sun glare can be challenging. The service is mostly good. The food is fresh and beautifully presented. I think the entrees are excessively pricey but I am aware that Waiheke has the pressures of being away from the main delivery routes in Auckland and that the cost of living is what it is. There are many wines and not all are expensive. We don't normally eat dessert or have cocktails and wines but we did so it was pricey. One can dine here prudently and enjoy the surroundings and that's what we'll do next time.

Unfortunately we ate our food before we realized we should have taken pictures..lol. We had 4 starters and entrees between us before our mains arrived. Thank goodness I did not order side of waffle fries as hubby had a side of fries with his steak and that was enough for two. We shared the scallops, the ceviche (beware for the hidden hit of wasabi, I was not expecting it..lol) the oysters, half a dozen battered and fresh..omg. Absolutely diiiiViiiine!!! I had the Mr Green cocktail - yummy!!! Mains were Duck and the Steak. Cooked perfectly. The sauces and jus and creamy bits here and there were perfect!! We had rose and a couple negronis as well. Bill was just under $400. AND it was worth it!!! So glad to have experienced this with hubby. 10/10
