Wow! This was the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. I’m now Coeliac and they did gluten free fish and chips in a separate vat so no cross-contamination. My daughter and I are both coeliac and we were excited to discover that Kapai Kai had a separate fryer for their gluten free fish and chips. These are the best gf fish and chips we've had in a LONG time. Highly recommend.
