This has to be one of the best places to be. Great food, brilliant views and the staff are the most pleasant people ever. Visited twice in 2 years and they were still the best food and people. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area. Michael Peacock. South Wales. UK

Always a great spot to brunch, the consistently great service and delicious food. It's become my go-to breakfast spot thanks to its reliable quality and friendly staff. Highly recommend for a satisfying start to the day!
This is a cute wee place to dine. The food was awesome and my spicy Chai latte was excellent.
The only downside was that within moments of arriving wait staff decended and asked about drink orders which felt a little like we were being rushed into ordering.
Otherwise it was a great experience.
Loved this place. Went there in the weekend for breakfast and it was delicious. The view from upstairs was amazing as well. Cannot fault it.

Oliver’s Cafe had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cafe was clean with lots of outside seating. The service was friendly and super fast- our order came out in less than 10 minutes!
We ordered the Zucchini Sweetcorn Fritters ($19) with a side of egg ($2.50), and the Eggs Benedict with Salmo
Second time we’ve been here and both times our coffees have come out lightning fast. Great food and location. Impressed with Connor’s service today too.
Lovely service and delicious food. A great selection to choose from. Our coffees came almost immediately and then food shortly after. Awesome vibe close to the beach. Definitely be back again.
Great brunch catch up. Food (corn fritters and vege scramble) was tasty and we didn't have to wait long. Great coffee too and cabinet of sweet treats looked great too... maybe next time for one of those.
Gorgeous food... The taste and presentation. Always comes out fast and the wait staff are great - efficient and friendly. No wonder there are always crowds enjoying the experience
We were at Orewa for a couple of days early this month and came across this cafe open early. It was already packed but we managed to find a table inside. I was really impressed with the service! There wasn't even a long wait for the food and coffee to be served. We ordered the ugly bagel with salmon
Great coffee, great food, really great service, lovely friendly staff, great location lovely views. We came for brunch yesterday & back again today. We had a keto breakfast bowl & the chicken livers. Both good.
Been twice there for breakfast. Superb food, excellent service. The children's pancakes were great and I had the big breakfast. Plenty of parking outise, but can get busy as it is quite a small cafe. Best breakfast I've found in Orewa.
Highly recommend Oliver's. Always and consistently good food, great value and excellent service.
Great coffee and cabinet food! Head upstairs to the balcony area, for an awesome outlook to Orewa Beach and a much cosier and quieter space. I find the downstairs cafe far too busy with too many people.
On the food front, coffee is great, treats are super tasty and cabinet sandwiches are tasty and
Popped in with my partner to grab a coffee and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and asked us how our day was which was nice, as was the coffee she brought.
Can't comment on the food as we haven't eaten any but if we come back for some I will update this :)
Nice spot close to the beach, quick service and really good food combined with a nice big cup of Flat White. The price is totally fine. 👍🏻🙂
