Absolutely delishious, & filling, my niece & I both had the Roast Beef with roast veges & a salad. Very cheap @ $14.50 need to put up their prices.
Great renovation. The stag cafe is a great addition. The beer as always is good and the staff are excellent. Just typical Kapiti Coast and Otaki hospitality. Come to enjoy the sun, then come here to wind down.

Have visited many times now. A true hidden gem. The food is always incredibly tasty (tried the fishcakes on Sunday and they were great) and the service always friendly. Can recommend highly for a meal.

We have been to The Stag Cafe several times. The food is always excellent, coffee great, service very friendly and prices very reasonable. City quality experience without the huge pricetag. Def worth a visit by visitors to Otaki, short drive off the highway but totally worth it.
