What a great outpost in a charming little town. Service was top notch and all the food ordered for the table was delicious. Top marks for the Chicken curry, Chicken Sandwich melt, and BLT

Food was VERY good. As were the drinks. Heaters outside make outside seating more comfortable. The inside has a charming atmosphere. Waiters and waitresses are friendly and attentive.

We did a lunch stop here during our New Zealand Bus Tour. We were able to sample some craft beer and had an excellent nacho style appetizer for lunch. They make them differently than in North America (Canada or the US) and they were exceptional. Loved the patio and the ability to sit outside and enjoy life.

The food was lovely, and the chicken tacos were particularly delicious. A decent sized portion for lunch. The service was very slow, but they were clearly low on staff and overworked. They still served us with a smile and were very friendly. It was clearly a popular place. It's just a shame of the location it's in. The town is seriously rundown, with very little going on. I think if they were situated in a more cosmopolitan area, it would be packed all day long.

Friendly staff. The food was awesome! It was a little busy when we went in so we expected a delay on our mains but they came out really fast. Super happy about that. The pork belly bites with the sauce was amazing 😍😍 Only bad thing was the jug of beer we ordered. Wanted a golden lager and we got the closest thing to it. Not a fan. But great for those who like their craft type beers with strong flavor. (Just a personal preference thing) 😁
