Great food and coffee options in Paeroa's main street. We both had muesli , banana and yoghurt which was a really good breakfast before embarking on a bike ride to through the Karangahake gorge to Waikino. I've also tried treats from the cabinet before and they have been really fresh and delicious.

We had to deliver something to Paeroa and came to this cafe because of the reviews. It didn't disappoint. The Eggs Benedict were on point, the BLT exquisite and our 4yo gave gold stars to the scrambled eggs on ciabatta. We would definitely visit again if we were in the area.

Courtyard cafe was a lovely place to stop on our bike road from Te aroha. It had a great selection of food. The savoury mince pie & blueberry, custard & apple muffin were absolutely delicious. Lovely coffee & great prices. Would totally recommend stopping here.

We were travelling through Paeroa and decided to stop for a quick pit stop for breakfast. My friend wanted a proper coffee and stopped a passerby to find out where she got hers and were directed to here. The place looked quite nice and cosy and it also had an outdoor area (but it was too cold for that). They had quite a few hot and cold baked goods on offer as well as other items for sale. I had the hot chocolate and the chocolate cupcake. Both were decadent and very chocolatey. The menu above the counter looked quite interesting so would have been a nice place for a proper sit down meal.

Coffee was excellent as was the meal. I had the bacon and scrambled eggs which came with a beetroot pickle, with toast. Everything was well cooked and tasty.

Another stop for lunch today. Bacon and egg and creamy mushrooms. Just fabulous. And quick! Hot chocolate was just right, hot and not too sweet. Last year: Had a really nice vegan curried kumara spinach and cashew pie today. What a treat to find in Paeroa.

Fantastic creamy mushroom dish, very tasty and only a short wait. Staff friendly and communication good. We had 2 young children with us, there was enough space between tables not be annoying to other customers.
