Not on Main Street but easy walk to RSA where Madly Indian occupies the mezzanine floor. Great selection of quality Indian food at mid-range prices. Attentive polite service. Deserves to be more popular than indicated by guest numbers this evening.
This is a great Indian restaurant (and I’ve been to India many times). You can tell the chef cares about the food he’s putting out. It’s got a ton of flavour. Warm receive and was served with such warmhearted guy... didn't get his name. Food was spicy and well presented. Don't underestimate the bowl...desert was also more than enough. Food and drinks were well priced. Thank you Madly Indian we will definitely visit again.
Visited on Tuesday evening so restaurant very quiet, but tables all well presented. The main dishes, rice and garlic Naan were delicious, well spiced and big portions. We are very happy to recommend Madly Indian as a place to eat in Paihia.

We had a lovely meal tonight at Madly Indian. The service received was very polite and courteous, and the food was simply delicious. We highly recommend dining here, in the building with the Paihia Club and RSA. Well priced drinks for members and guests, also a nice place to visit.

Beautiful real flavors 😋 and spices.....and fresh vegetables and meats ......the butter chicken and white rice is my favorite and I go often.....it's inside the old rsa paihia building behind paihia primary school 🏫 easy to find and plenty of parking.....
Absolutely superb. Take the time to seek them out as they are not on the main strip. You won’t be disappointed.
The food was really yummy and the servings very generous. The waiter was very kind and thoughtful, taking care of everybody in no time.
The restaurant is inside of a club house, but still a little separate as it's located upstairs in the 2nd floor.
