Visited for the lunch time buffet. The roast beef was fantastic (was very tender- perhaps it had been sous vide'd? Staff(students) were very attentive and whilst a little nervous, they seemed to do everything right. Decor probably would be the only thing letting this place down...needs a bit more wa
I am a student and train, I love it. The dishes in the Ambition menu are all delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing, playing instrumental music and candle lit tables.
This is a lovely restaurant. It has students from ucol hospitality working there training and learning at moment they are doing dinners then next term lunch high tea and then dinners. Level 3 at moment. Level 4 next semester. They are wonderful happy good workers. Look after the customers well. Good
Had a great meal started with pork belly with a fresh salad then sirloin steak meal really 😋 nice and tasty cheese broad a great night out with lovely friends

Food is consistently good but the staff training varies over the last few years.
I've just started a course at Ucol the cafe skills L3 course amd its going so well and I love it, it's a Amazing experience to be going to Ucol with all the other adults studying .
