Bought my tickets online and it was super straight forward when arriving. Do be aware though that hot food is allowed so the theater may smell for a bit

Cinemas are super comfortable but need aircon. Love being able to eat proper food during movie. The staff are so lovely
It was our first time going to focal point theatre and we were totally impressed.
They are smaller cinemas than in downtown which makes them feel more homely. The seats are super comfy. We had pizza brought into the theater for us, like what! Amazing service and the pizza was fantastic.

Great place to have a snack and a drink, service was good but could've been a bit quicker. Our coffees came about 5 minutes before our food which only needed to be warmed up from the cabinet, other than that everything was perfect. Great selection and great vibe. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Food was good for a movie theatre along with excellent service from staff. Make sure you don't book any front seat close to the screen tickets in theatre 4 as it way way way to close to the screen.
We go to movies at Focal Point PN regularly. I'm disabled and can't easily get out of a chair if I sit down. When Hamish is on he is just so kind. He understands my needs and takes every opportunity to offer help. He is a lovely man and a great asset to Focal Point. Thank you Hamish. Alexandra
Wish we had found this place earlier. Love the vibe and the food, drinks and service were all good. Nice selection of films if you want to kill a few hours too.
Seafood chowder was excellent. You can actually taste all the different seafood in the dish; the Pork belly bites are delicious and needs to be bigger portions as there just isn't enough, they are so nice. Finally the simple fish and chips were just right! Not greasy or dry.
