Cooked perfectly and with very fresh ingredients and not too oily. Really enjoyed our meal, I just wish the noodles had more meat and a little more flavour. But overall really great food we will be back to try more of the menu :)

They have such an extensive menu with pages and pages to choose from. The most difficult part is selecting which dishes to order.

I love that they have a beverage menu as well. Will definitely order a beverage next time. The food is reasonably priced and the portion sizes are decent.

The chicken was tender and overall tasted really good. I also liked how there was additional sauce.

The noodles are tasty and has that nice work flavour to it. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

I went to this place around 1 p.m. on Sunday, and the place was pretty busy. However didn't take too long to get a table for two people. Make sure to have some room to wait for seats.

Atmosphere: 3/4
No on-site parking, however getting a carpark wasn't too hard. The place is decently clean. The place is a bit crowded.

Food: 3/4
** Wan Tan Hor - this was pretty good (4/4)
** Asam Laksa - average (3/4)

Service: 4/4
Fast service

Cost: 3/4
The food is pretty good and decently priced. The portion size is massive.

One of the better Malaysian Restaurants in East Auckland.

The food is delicious and their price is affordable. We frequent this establishment when we craze GOOD Malaysian food. The superstars in their menu are the Marmite Chicken, the Mee Goreng and the Char Kuay Teow. Their fried radish cake dish is good but lacks that funk.

Our close by Malaysian eatery , it’s our go to when we crave for Malaysian , usually get takeaway as the place doesn’t have the best seating and does gets very busy .

We order the fish head noodle soup, curry with roti, beef rendang rice and Malaysian dried flat rice noodle .

I enjoyed the food as usual... their food has been consistently good and we would recommend this place.

Ate here a couple of times now, i think i already wrote a review.

Best place to eat around panmure, cooked fresh and really cheap and big serving portion.

This place is always packed, usually do takeaway, just tel them what time are you going to pick up so that they can cook your food close to pick ip time. You are picking up piping hot delicious food.

This 4-star rating is for the takeaway Pork Chop Rice on a Saturday's evening. Good serving size, pork chops were tender, flavorful and balanced; not over-powering. Most importantly, the pork chop sauce had a distinctive flavor and NOT the typical sweet & sour sauce! This was a good cheat meal. We will be back to try other dishes as our next cheat meal.

One of my favourite Malaysian restaurant, real authentic. We go there a lot since they first opened over the years, sometimes to dine but mostly for takeaways. A lot of good dishes here and love their Sambal Petai (stink beans) Prawns. I feel so sinful every time we order this dish as I would eat lots of rice with it. Really sedap! Eaten half the dishes before I remember to take photos. Tonight’s takeaway dinner was $30.50 for one.

Neat Malaysian dinner joint in Panmure. It's packed on a Saturday, which is a huge contrast to its neighbours. The food served here are very authentic and traditional Malaysian, which were tasty and came out in great portions! We loved the satay chicken skewers and a good bowl of fish vermicelli that's full of flavour and fish! We spent $52 between 2 after ordering an entree and a side, otherwise you can put under $30 for two large set plates between 2 people. Will be back if I'm ever in the area again.

I'm a Malaysian who's been living here in nz for almost a year now. During my time here, I've only been to paparich once for Malaysian food outside and I wasnt impressed at all with the food or even services. At blossom court however, I felt really at home thanks to the nice and friendly staff. The portions were really big as well, just enough for two to share. What I loved is how authentic the food is. The minute I started eating I couldn't stop. It reminded me dearly of my hometown Penang and made me all the more nostalgic for it. The prices are cheap as well, mostly $12 for a big bowl or plate of deliciousness. Highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to give Malaysian food a try. Would definitely go back again. :)

Our first visit to this restaurant - lunch for two on a Sunday, and it was busy which is a good sign. We were seated quickly, had to grab our own menus after staring at each other for a while. We ordered three dishes (came to $42). Nasi lemak chicken, carrot cake, and chicken roti. The food was good but the flavors were a bit subdue. Will come again as its cheap and homely

When the partner is craving for some traditional meals from home, my way to satisfy those taste buds is at Blossom Court. Serving up some classic South East Asian cuisine, Blossom court is one of the best Malaysian/Singaporean restaurants I’ve dined at in Auckland. There is a sense of traditional authenticity here that is often lost in Auckland myriad of overpriced and disappointing south-east Asian eateries. Personally, my favorites here have been the fried white radish cake, char kway teow and Chicken laksa.

I won’t say much else but if you’re from SEA come here and have a taste, cause you’ll be filled with all those good feelings about your home country.

Showstopper: Fried Raddish cake, CKT and Laksa

Overall Grade: A-

Dined here yesterday for dinner. We had the curry puffs as an entree and the prawn noodles and pepper beef for mains. The curry puffs were the best ones I have had in a while with a great mixture of spices. My friend enjoyed their prawn noodles and my pepper beef was really yummy. Will come back to try other items of the menu.

This place was full of Asian customers so it gave it a good vibe and a promise of authentic Malaysian food. I thought the laksa flavour was nice except the boiled chicken had a strong smell of "chicken" (unfresh or maybe just the actual chicken smell as it was plain boiled chicken without marinade?) that I didn't like. The nasi lemak was not bad and the char kuay teow, but most dishes had a sweet after-taste that was less authentic. All in all an average place with a good vibe and reasonably decent food but I won't be in a rush to return back.

Fast service tonight as we have our 3 dishes in less than 10 minutes. We had Seafood Laksa, Marmite Pork Chops and Ginger Beef on rice. Home and comfy type of Malaysian food with generous serving and good value for money. Had the Seafood Laksa - tasty with 2 pieces of prawns, more of fish balls, fish cakes and fried tofu.

In terms of buying meals with rice I would either have pork, chicken or beef with it, mostly pork. Which is exactly what I ordered here, the Pork Chop with rice. As always, I would mix the rice with the pork and its sauces to get the most of the flavouring.

Their service was superb/ Just as you wanted something, they were there on the spot. Their cooking time was a bit long, but that anticipation on waiting for one of your favourite meals pretty much gets exciting.

Upon entering, there are three rows of tables, sorted of aligned like you find at those speed dating seminars. But this is not speed dating, this is having a date with food. The place was fairly clean, probably because I came during the evening and the people who came before me during the day.

Its a little hidden gem in panmure! The service was friendly and efficient, the dishes were yummy! We ordered some seafood laksa and wat tan hor (charred rice noodles with gravy)... we also order some mamate pork chops and sambal eggplant for take away.

The laksa were so creamy and luscious... the wat tan hor was also beautifully made, and you can actually taste the smokey wok!
The sambal eggplant was so tasty! And the mamate pork probably would not last till tomorrow

One of the best malaysian restaurants I've been to. It's a cheap and cheerful sort of place with lots of different dishes to choose from.

Nice little restaurant with friendly staff. The nasi lemak chicken is filled with aromatic curry flavour but the chilli is on the sweet side. The chicken was tender and serving portion is big enough for 1 person.

We also ordered the sambal fried fish fillet with rice and the sambal was on point! The flavour was pretty authentic but i find the whole dish a bit dry as their sambal is quite paste-y rather than saucy. The chilli paste flavour went really well with the rice despite its dryness. Would be better if there's more chilli paste in this dish, or make it slightly more saucy. The serving portion is pretty big and this dish came out shortly after i ordered!

Overall, i would recommend this place for anyone who's hungry and doesn't want to wait too long for food.

One of the most authentic Malaysian cuisine place in Auckland besides Full Yao (see former review).

The dining environment is not amazing, but food is definitely spot on. We had the chicken satay skewers, prawn rolls, and prawn noodles, and everything was super flavourful. The broth was spicy and hearty. Especially recommend their special sambal sauce.

I decided to bring the family here for dinner after hearing about it for some time. We ordered the Char Kueh (carrot cake), Satay, Sweet and Sour Fish, Mayonnaise Pork Chop for the mains. The dessert was Cendol and Ice Kacang. The mains were decent and so far this is one of the few places in Auckland that actually serves Char Kueh (carrot cake). It was quite nicely done although I have tasted better ones. The Satay was good too although it was not prepared in the more authentic Malaysian / Singapore style that I was more familiar with. The mayonnaise pork chop was really good too. The desserts could have been better however. The ice was still very chunky and would harden into a big block at the base making it hard to finish it. The Teh Tarik was fabulous however. Absolutely loved it.

Overall I found this place decent. It's a nice simple eatery with soft lightings inside. Food is reasonably priced too. Finding a car park would be a challenge during the day but much easier in the evenings. It's a worth a visit if you are after a simple dinner that won't break the wallet.

Just been back for dinner.  As for the restaurant, it was normal looking.  Service was as expected.  Cleanliness is acceptable.  Parking at night was good but lunch time would be stressful.  But one thing I notice was, the taste of the food is consistent.  It's tasty and very Malaysian.  To me, the food was good.  So for those who yearn for some Malaysian food to eat, I think this will be a good place to start with.

Really good Malaysian food.

It does get quite busy so if you are comming with more than 4 people it would be a good idea to book. The turnover is generally quite good so there is about a 10 minute wait if they are full.

They seem to cook all the dishes for one table at a time rather than alternating between tables so waiting for the food could get lengthy depending on how busy it is.

Large of selection of items on the menu including the traditional ones like char kwei tiew and laksa.

I like most of their fried rice/noodle dishes since they have that nice char taste to them.

Nice place to come to if you are hungry and in the area.

Lately we have been eager to try different Malaysian restaurants.. And after many years of wondering whether this Malaysian restaurant is any good, tonight we decided to try it out.

We ordered the bbq pork on rice and the rendang chicken. Both dishes were surprisingly quite tasty. I definitely preferred the chicken over the pork as I found the pork slightly sweet...

I'll definitely be back to try the laksa as I am on the search for the best laksa in town!

A tasty Malaysian restaurant in Panmure. Not the best looking restaurant from the outside but don't let that bother you. Got a few varieties of dishes tonight and were pleasantly surprised with most of them.

First of all, I LOVED the curry puffs! The golden and buttery pastry went so well with the soft curry filling. Yum! My marmite sauce chicken was also pretty good with that thick tasty sauce. We also got the wonton soup which were interesting since the fillings tasted like mushy fish balls. They were flavourful but not what we were after unfortunately. The bf got the Penang Asam laksa and although it was refreshing and sour like the title said, we found it too acidic and strong. Probably the dish we liked least.

We got the ice cendol for dessert which was yummy. Was disappointed that they used premade cendol instead of homemade ones though. But the flavour of the rest of the dish was spot on.
Overall, a pretty good meal and definitely worth your value. All the dishes were pretty huge and we left stuffed!

We usually get the chicken rendang ( large ) takeaway. Not too bad and the food are usually ready in 10 mins. We have also dine in before , we ordered beef with ginger and wah tan hor, both dishes are not too bad. As a Malaysian I can get quite fussy with my Malaysian food, but Blossom Court has met my expectations so far, reasonable price n right portion size. However I do find the glasses are dirty so I often order soft drinks! Really keen to try the nestum prawns!!!

Pretty authentic Malaysian food. The wat Dan hor is delicious. It was lacking the charred wok flavour though

Cheap and somewhat cheerful

I do question how many things are made from scratch and how many ready made pastes are in their pantry since there are a hundred things on the menu and only two customers in the restaurant

Not the most ambient but hey its like eating in a hawker centre just to add to the authenticity

The waitress was a little inattentive though.. All that sodium really makes you thirsty and she doesn't really get the hint that you would like generous servings of water

Perfect cheap feed that hits the spot when you want something a little cheap and nasty

This has been our local Malaysian since it opened a few years ago and from the very start, my partner and I were hugely impressed by the food there! I'm Malaysian, and like other Malaysians, we take our food very seriously: We've never been disappointed about the place. EVERYTHING is SO good and affordable! And we've tried just about everything from the menu. Particular favourites are the fried kuey teow, marmite chicken, lobak, sambal eggplant, hokkien noodles, and carrot cake. They also do a mean Penang Assam Laksa and their Curry Chicken reminds me of the stuff mum used to make back home in KL!

Not only are their dishes tasty but they are authentic. The place is non-Halal, which means you get your lap cheong (chinese sausage) with your fried kuey teow and fried pork lard with your hokkien noodles. Sorry to my muslim friends, but one can't seriously create authentic chinese hawker stall dishes without the divine porky infusions.

And as far as I'm concerned, their service has always been helpful and sufficient: This is no fine dining joint, it's a casual restaurant. The waitress would actually remember us and bring us our usual teh tarik (sweetened pulled tea) and teh halia (pulled tea with a ginger ninja kick) everytime we entered those doors. Sadly she's not there anymore though! :-(

Is this review glowing enough? This is THE best Malaysian place I've been to in Auckland, right up there with Bunga Raya. The two talented chefs, who are always clad in black polo tees and complimentary gold chains looking like Chinese gangsters :), with their hair gelled to look spikey, are from Penang...a Malaysian state that even Malaysians make food pilgrimages to. And despite it NEVER having any ads in the papers or its walls not being desperately plastered with magazine reviews and framed pictures of the chefs shoulder rubbing with 'famous' NZ chefs, unlike a certain other Malaysian cafe down the road (which has fallen from its throne since its change of management if you ask me), Blossom Court is ALWAYS bustling and full with customers, which are mostly Malaysians too, judging from all the "lahs" :-)

That says it all.

In fact, I have to confess that we've not reviewed this place earlier because we selfishly wanted to keep it from being discovered by others! But it truly does deserve all the praise and visits it's getting.

Love this place, the food usually doesn't disappoint. We usually get takeaways or eat in every other week. Personal favorites include the Nasi Lemak, Prawn Noodles (Har Mee), Curry Laksa, and Cereal prawns and Assam Laksa. Only ever disliked the blossom pork special... which may just be personal preference.

It's cheap and cheerful so don't expect a great deal of ambiance, definitely not the place for a quiet meal or date! Service can be a bit hit and miss, I'd probably put it down to lack of waiting experience and language barriers with some.

Value for money.

I come here for the taste, not the decor. The service was nice and polite.

The Fried Carrot Cake is also known in other guises as Turnip Cake, so the result is a delicious savoury entree.

Marmite Chicken is recommended, the eggplant dish, the Nestum prawns, practically everything.

Not the Durian ice cream; the quality is variable, and you don't want a durian ice cream with lumpy cream!

Verdict: gonna go back when they finish the road works.

Really enjoyed our lunch here. The "fried carrot cake" (a savoury dish made of rice flour and daikon radish) had great flavour and texture, the roti canai was hot and flaky, and we managed to order a wat tan yee mee, which had the same egg gravy as in wat tan hor, but was served on a bed of thin crispy noodles. Generous portions, delicious food, friendly service, excellent value. Happy to recommend.

Following the advice of fellow foodies I tried Blossum Court for a quick lunch. Chose the hokkien mee to baseline my getting re-acquainted with local dining options. For a cold day, the quick service delivered the meal nice and hot to warm up. The savoury sweet sauce and thick noodles, with its firm bite, satisfied my hunger in the late afternoon lunch. Enjoyed the meal so must try some of the other traditional dishes like Wat tan hor and Chow kuey teow. Quick service and well priced too for a lunch.

Authentic Malaysian/Singapore cuisine. Decent sized servings. Good service. Friendly staff. A little off the beaten track, but one of the best value for money Malaysian restaurants in Auckland.

When my family and I are craving for Malaysian Asian food, this is the place we go through. We all have our favourite. Hainan chicken, big bowl of fish noodles soup, fried kuey diao and seafood noodle soup. It is a always a very busy place. My advise is either you go early or call to reserve a table.

To me, "Art" is any composition that arouses a poignant emotional reaction of sensual beauty. Every dish that I have tasted from the kitchen of Blossom Court is a gustatory symphony!

Ordered twice from Blossom Court. First one wasn't as impressive (no one's fault, we opted for the not-so-regular preparation). We ordered Char Kwey Teow and Marmite chicken. Noodles we're good, nothing amazing and Marmite chicken was sweet. Again, they were good but not something we would try again. Second order was amazing. We opted for Char Mee (fried yellow noodles), roti canai with chicken curry and sambal fried rice. All 3 were brilliant. One of the best Malaysian roti's I've tried and the noodles were amazing too. I was impressed with the fried rice, their sauce was pretty good. Must visit when in Panmure. Wish I had taken photos of my second order 😂.

Laksa was legit, good coconut milk flavours, lots of chicken and tofu skins. The milk buns were solid too. The char kueytow was average didn’t really have a lot of flavours would pass on this one next time

Very good char kuey teow 😊 Also got the curry chicken laksa but I think it was missing a roti for dipping. Will get that next time to compliment.
