Delicious crispy waffles with garlic butter and crispy fried chicken and syrup on the side. Looked small when it came but I was stuffed and satisfied at the end of it. The place seems to be always busy but our food still came quite fast as we got boneless chicken.

OH MY FREAKING CHICKEN WINGS 🤤 Good portions, great staff, fantastic location, decent parking, lots and lots of seats, this place is one of Auckland's best places for mates to go for a good time over some scrumptious chicken! Please stay away from any spice level over medium, it is NOT for the faint of heart. I had to get the holy cluck of course, and it had be absolutely SWEATING! I will be going back for more!

Soooo good. The staff are great, the food is amazing and the rotating beers are good to. There is a little bit of a wait time for food, but that is expected for fried chicken. Love the fried pickles and the banana pudding!

I came to PHC after receiving numerous recommendations. We tried their OG burger and Chicken on waffles, and i gotta say, it was simply amazing! The food was filled with flavour, that you could taste in every bite. They also have spice levels depending on your tolerance. For the burger, I tried their most severe spice level - 'Holy Cluck'. Wheww!, it was super spicy but really delicious. Next time, I would go one step down on the spice level so i can better enjoy the taste. We ordered the Chicken on Waffles in the 'Hot' variant, which was perfect. You could enjoy the fried chicken with the right amount of spice. It also came with a special sauce on the side which was sweet & spicy at the same time. For dessert we got the Peach and Blackberry Cobbler. I have never had a cobbler before , so I wanted to try it. The dish was hot and came with vanilla ice cream. The crust was superb and overall great if you enjoy cobblers. Personally, I'll be trying a new desert next time. I'll definitely be visiting again. :)

The new location and restaurant is much bigger and plenty of parking at the car park next to the building. No bookings allowed, unless for large groups. We came at 5.30pm and it quickly filled up. There is a kids menu, which was awesome for the kids. We ordered Chicken and Waffles, as well as Chicken and Biscuit. The Chicken and Waffles are highly recommended! Food came out quickly and great service

Whenever we drive by this place, we always see busy waiters and crowded tables so yesterday we finally decided to try it out! Hands down the juiciest and crunchiest chicken I’ve ever tried - I’m not big on spices, but luckily they had 5 spice levels to choose from. If your spice level is around Korean noodles from Pak’n’Save, I’d recommend going for Mild Plus as Medium was too much for me. The wait time is around 25-30 minutes during busy times, but it’s clearly written out on the menu and it’s not like other places serve you faster on a busy Friday night, you know. The staff were really friendly, and if you cry after your first bite, they can bring you a glass of milk 🥛 We’ll be coming back to Peach’s :)

Visiting Aukland from Melbourne and Peach's came reccomendes to us with a comparison to Belles Hot Chicken from our local city. Let me tell you, that set the expectations high - and the expectations were met!! I ordered 2 piece dark chicken w mac and cheese as the side. My partner got a sandwich. We shared a slice of pie for dessert. Interesting beer menu, but nursing an ungodly hangover I opted for something non-alc. That raspberry lemonade hit the absolute spot. Should I have seen a Bloody Mary on that menu though... đź‘€ maybe that's too Melbourne of me. Our only complaint would have been taking the advice of our waitress to be cautious with the heat. She suggested that medium "wasn't a normal medium" and we took that advice on board. I ordered the mild-plua and had I not been nursing the hangover I would have been disappointed. The pickles served on the side were hotter than the chicken itself. Hungover me was a little relived to not be fighting the spicy food fight and just eating some chicken. If you can deal with spice remotely, you can eaaily start at a medium - and if you like heat get up there!

Went over on a muggy Saturday afternoon. After having them on our list for so long and hearing rave recommendations, it felt great to tick it off our list! The menu is delightful. Went in when it was quite busy and aware of the 20-25 minutes wait time. Waited probably 5 minutes and got a nice comfortable booth. Ordered the Chicken waffles, Chicken biscuit with gravy and a dozen of the wings with all different spice levels. Chicken waffles were the damn bestest I've had in Auckland! Came with a generous blob of garlic butter (probably go easy as we didn't and felt it later haha). So was the Chicken biscuit with the pork gravy, which had minced pork and was equally divine. The fried chicken itself was cooked so well, juicy, spiced throughout and not dripping in oil. It was a taste bomb every bite! We did over order so ended up taking away most of the wings which served us well for the next few days. A shout out to the staff for looking after us well, being professional, and just too-cool-for-school! You're a 🍑!

I've been reading about this place for a couple of years on FB. Had a chance in Easter to try out the famous hot Nashville fried chicken. We ordered the medium spiced which was just right...try the hotter ones at your own peril. The chicken exceeded our expectations, and I went the next day for takeaways, which was not the same. Recommend to dine in as food tastes much better.

Seriously the best fried chicken I've ever had. We've been back twice in a week now coz it's legitimately that good. The bone in chicken and warm desserts take a bit of time to get ready but they are definitely worth the wait! The cobbler is a hug from your mum, definitely do not leave without trying.

Busy place for some good old American fried chicken. Have been here since they had the old shop up the road, quality never disappoints. Prices went up due to inflation which is understandable. Will be back with friends and family.

Had the baller burger (holy cluck) and big dark (medium) with gravy and biscuit. The burger wasn't too spicy despite being the spiciest level, so i recommend giving it a go anyways. The burger was pretty good with a lotta chicken and I liked the gravy.

I’m from Texas and we have good chicken. (I would like to think)…. THIS CHICKEN WAS SO YUM. I drool. The perfect amount of crunch. Chicken meat was so tender and hot. Hash brown bake was interesting but mediocre. I think it was a bit too oily, but still decent but I couldn’t finish it. Peach cider was decent. I would go back again. Their T-shirt’s are cool too.

Been wanting to come here for awhile to try their chicken and waffle. So we finally decided to come. We had the chicken and waffle, the baller burger and their mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was very good, good peppery taste and does not have the artificial cheese aftertaste. The burger was also very good, we ordered the mild plus spiciness and it was perfect, goes well with the coleslaw and pickle. The chicken waffle, we ordered the medium spiciness which actually got some nice heat to it. The maple syrup complements with the spicy chicken and waffle. It also comes with some butter that looks like have some spring onion/chives in it. The chicken here are very juicy and tender. The portion size is just nice and price is ok. We will definitely be back and probably will come early as this place is fully packed very fast.

I've seen this place for years now, and despite reading a lot of positive reviews, I hadn't gotten around to trying it. Well, recently I did and I was not disappointed. First off, I really like the ambiance and interior of the restaurant. It's way nicer here than any of the other local restaurants. The staff is friendly and there are several good choices on the menu. Though a word of caution. I had the medium and it was almost too much for me. It was really good, but really spicy (next time I'll have something a bit less). If you like chicken this is definitely a place you need to try!

Very good hot chicken, good service and nice staff. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy and loud but not too loud. A nice atmosphere and the place looks like somewhere you’d want to eat spicy chicken. I got the HOT seasoning and it wasn’t as spicy as I expected but it’s not the hottest flavor. They had a kids menu and my son had waffles that he really liked. Overall a great experience and would definitely return to try the hotter flavors.

Got the recommendation from a friend, and thank the lord that I did. Halal food this good is hard to find. Chicken and waffles, medium.. Man it was a bit shocking how spicy it was, but it was good! Usually I'd be shocked at the $22 price tag, but this was worth it. Reminded me of South Africa oddly enough with the spice level.

Yep this is the best fried chicken sandos joint in Auckland. The combination of the brioche bun and the thigh fillet is just perfect. As for spice level medium is far as you want to go. Medium or above, you’ll lose the flavour. I personally think mild medium is just right. There are outdoor seatings for dogs as well.
