friendly staff, fast service. Coffee always too weak and tastes of milk rather than coffee , I'm wondering if they only use one shot instead of two? I've been here 3 times recently and ordered a small flat white to t/a and each time disappointing. I need a proper coffee unfortunately so will be going to butlers next time. Food is good and reasonably priced.
Divine smell as you approach. Initially thought the coffee price was a bit steep until I saw the size, definitely worth $5 for a medium flat white.

Lovely girls with great manners I lined up to be served but didn't have to wait long at all. I didn't feel rushed while being served and the hot chocolate was lovely
Friendly service, a card giving a free coffee every five ( so like 20% off), half price muffins later in the afternoon 😀. The coffee was ok, but didn't have much punch

I have coffee and cake there every day. I’m quite discerning. Always have large handle mug. Bowls too hot.
Great food and drink 👌 customer service is wonderful. quick and thorough..no matter how busy they are.
I would give it 5 stars but it's in a mall. Hahaha! Not the most private or quiet places to visit. OK prices and OK enough coffee if you're wanting a quick break.
