First all the ambience here in winter was lovely, I really like how they’ve separated the two dining spaces to make the restaurant more intimate and lend an air of exclusivity to the second space. I would absolutely recommend this venue for an event such as wedding, birthday etc.
Staff is attentive
I have just read my review from 2018 and the title was 'Very Good But Does Lack Some Consistency' and I would say that just about sums up this experience again. I know we have just come out of 2 years of lock downs and that hospitality venues are struggling to employ enough experienced staff and so
Set in the bush part way up a hill it gives views out to the estuary. The menu has limited choice but the food was delicious, delivered promptly by the friendly staff.
Excellent food served in a beautiful setting. I had them make me a special salad combining fresh greens and local fruit. It worked out great. A beautiful evening with torches alight on the deck. Service was impeccable. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the food was great. We both had pasta. Only gripe. They were different types of pasta on the menu though the same on the plate. Not a big deal.
I stayed at the resort of 1 week and had multiple meals at the restaurant. All of them were quite good and reasonably priced. The only minor complaint I have is that there aren't that many options on the menu. If I stayed there any longer I would have gotten tired of the variety.
Pared back menu, totally understandable considering the road and weather conditions. We had the pork and the Salmon. Delicious flavors, really well cooked and presented.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem of a restaurant tucked up in the Pauanui Mountain. Can't wait to go back. Great for a special occasion. Love the food, service and atmosphere.

Went along to Miha for dinner with friends after a day playing golf and left totally satisfied with the food, service and ambiance. 3 of had the fish and one had the the lamb and this was followed by a couple of shared desserts. Everything was excellent.

Great restaurant at the resort. It is definitely fine dining done well. Our appetizers and entrees were very tasty. Only issue was my filet was a tad overcooked but we were hungry so I didn't complain. The flavors themselves were excellent. Our desserts were scrumptious. Good bread pudding!!
