First time dining here and the meal was fantastic! Cooked on the spot so wait time was longer than usual but we'll worth it for the Tapas and Paelas. The chef/owner? Is lovely with a great sense of humour. Am definitely heading back!

Small restaurant with a great atmosphere. Paella was fantastic. So delicious and a good amount for two. The drinks we had- Sangria and Barceloneta were delightfully refreshing.

This peace is a hidden gem in Petone. The food is really tasty and the service is great. The tapas are yum, and the paella looked amazing. I'll be going back again.

Went there with a group of friends for a dinner, we all ordered bunch of stuff from the menu including Tapas, paella and wine. We all loved the authenticity in the flavours and food was made with true passion. Special mention to the lady who runs this place for patiently explaining the menu. Also save some appetite for the dessert as well.

This was my second time dining at Olé and I was on a second date. This is a nice, cozy spot to take a date to, though because it's small, it would be a good idea to call ahead and make a reservation so you can secure a spot. The food was nice and tasty but I would recommend that you order your main meals asap since it takes a little while to get from the kitchen to your table. We ordered our appetizer and mains at the same time.

I recommend the Paella. Large pan that's just right for three. Before that, try the empanadas. It's not the typical empanada. I like the chewey mozzarella. The place is cute. Only a few tables which gives that hometown cantina atmosphere.

We had several tapas and a main between two of us, all dishes were absolutely delicious and portion sizes were perfect. Lovely atmosphere and great services. Highly recommend.

Just a small place where the owner cooks the tastiest Spanish cuisine. A gem in the heart of Petone.

This restaurant knows how to make food taste like love since it’s made with it. For a vegetarian to be taken care of the way they did is second to none, the variety of food is on point as well. 10 out of 10.

It's cool to have a Spanish restaurant in the Hutt Valley region. This one has good small Spanish Tapa eateries. The mains are tasty but pricey for Petone

A bit of a hidden gem. Went in and tried the steak. Perfectly cooked with a great salsa verde and beautifully crispy potatoes. Lovely owner and friendly staff too.

In centre of Jackson st is a small cosy rustic restaurant . The aroma of Spanish cooking can be intoxicating and as you enter you are not disappointed. This is a small restaurant with only 5 tables so booking ahead would be a good idea. Using only quality ingredients the wait time is worth it. The Pan con tomato bread is very tasty and the Pasta Mediterranean is a mouthful of joy, however a few more shrimps and mussels would be good. Sometimes the best things are come from waiting a bit longer. The owner is very friendly and treats you like a special customer, something other eateries could learn by.

We have just had a very pleasant meal here, the friendly owner dealt with us and the restaurant overall has a good atmosphere. Most of all the food was great, a mushroom Tapa dish was outstanding and even though we did not feel the need for deserts, we did anyway, and they were both superb. We will definitely be back and this time will bring some friends, now that we have found another Petone dining gem!
