Cortado Restaurant & Bar - Picton - Photo album

We were only in Picton for a quick overnight after getting off the ferry from Wellington and moved on early the next day. Cortado came recommended by a local resident and it didn't disappoint. Service was prompt and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. We only had a pizza which was ju
The food was so good, and very reasonably priced. We tried the fish and chips then a pizza. After having a long day travelling, stopping in here was so comforting. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, really friendly and made our lunch visit so pleasant we went back again for dinner.
What a delightful place! Excellent food! Great service!
We enjoyed our dinner. Wasn't busy. Food arrived very quickly. Was delicious. Pizza was spot on. Just wasn't sure about my dessert. The creme brulee didn't look set.
Loved this place. Understated, so was surprised how good it really was. Staff were always friendly and the pizza was glorious (got the mexican). Music was perfect too - catchy but always in the background and not too loud.
Came into Picton on the Royal Princess, walked past this place twice and just felt there was a good vibe. So after our shopping, at my insistence to the wife, we came back and the only disappointment now is that we have to leave. I ordered the stone grill steak, which was delicious. The chimichurr
Great spot for food and drinks in middle of Picton. Desserts pretty good too! Recommend the bubbling prawns and boozy amaretto
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Cortado yesterday evening. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with checking for my dietary intolerances. We treated the menu like a tapas menu, and ordered several small bites. They were all delicious - cooked to perfection and beautifully presented
Fresh and perfect wood fire Malborough sea food pizza. I enjoyed the food and the taste which is perfect and unique. The salmon on the top of pizza is so fresh as it looks. You need to wait for the food for a bit time (sometime longer as it is fresh make and busy) but it's really worth. The customer
Lovely vibe. Good music. Good choice of English / Kiwi food. The place is very clean and seems to be quite popular. Prices are moderately. We came here for a pot of tea in the afternoon and then hot chocolate before boarding the Ferry to Wellongton.
Really enjoyed the food here. Have seen a lot of TripAdvisor reviews criticising the service. However when we went, they had dongles on each table you could use to signal for service when required - I'm not sure if this is a recent addition but it worked very well.
Food was great, i was very pleased with the Ceviche, and the garden salad, several of my table mates had seafood chowder and found it to be hearty and perfect for a cold rainy afternoon. Others had the tacos and while tasty were a bit pricey for street tacos. Definitely would recommend this place
Busy place but found us a table, good service and enjoyed our meals I had the seafood paella, very tasty. normally sell pizza but oven was broken
The food was outstanding and the service was super kind and nice. Top level of food and service!
A lovely relaxed restaurant. My sister and I found the Prawns too spicy. The lovely waitress had then redone for us. We both ate the lot. Found it very tasty. This restaurant is based next door to the Quay Apartments. Very reasonable prices.
Vibrant place with view of the harbour. Staff was lovely and attentive. Food was good, the tapas was great if you want a light meal or something to share, decent size for the price~ Tastes not bad either~ They have a wireless table service device on table for any table service, water, bill, and ord
