One of the two takeaways in Pokeno that sell ice cream scoops. Stopped by on the way home for a snack. Got a curry roll and a milk shake. Both were nice, what you would expect from a decent takeaway place.

Eric and his lovely family have been in Pokeno, it seems forever. We always support them and shop there for takeaways. They have 40+ flavours of ice cream to choose from. Always clean and very welcoming. Highly recommend AAA+++

Love the ice creams. This is a must for anyone who travels past the Bombay area as this great little ice cream shop is only a couple of minutes from the off ramp. Ample street parking and shaded grassed area to sit in if the provided seating area is full.

I go for the ice cream, can't get as many flavours or as big anywhere else. Sunday's are also great cause you can pop across the road to the Markets. Always stop in on the way out and back to Auckland.
They closed but we arrived after they're opening hours yet they remained friendly and willing to serve still. Ice creams are at a grand portion which makes it better value for your money! Definitely worth the drive if you stay outside of Pokeno.
