Really beautiful clean restaurant with welcoming staff . Only got takeout this time got some butter chicken and it was beautiful! So rich and creamy and very tasty,plenty of juicy chicken pieces very generous I don't usually finish everything but I ate myself sick cause I couldn't stop eating it.

Food was good. Flies were the problem. We spent our entire time there swatting them away. Service was pleasant but slow. No one came when we finished our meals. We had to find them to pay! What made it more maddening was that we were the only customers!

In a plethora of Indian Restaurants, it is difficult to stand out however thats was exactly my experience at Shalimar. There is a unique blend of indian and indo-chinese dishes to choose from. I'd tried the desi chicken, albeit a bit spicy i would definitely recommend it. It was a pleasant surprise

Even though there was noone else there it took a while to wait for the food. The chicken was dry after being grilled and put in sauce which didn't help the dry chewy nature of the meat. The flavours were intensely beautiful with the light fluffy Nan bread was very tasty
