Wonderful, tender lamb. Fell off the bone and tasted great. We bought a salad from the supermarket across the road and had a feast for two. So nice to eat a meal that didn't taste like take away food. Exceeded expectations - vote for Pedro!

Absolutely fabulous so delicious , After a day of skiing we picked up dinner on the way home, 2 adults and an 11 year old girl, we grabbed two small salads but it was more than enough without and had meat left. Totally recommend this, Thank you

Great find in Queenstown. Nothing like a lovely roast lamb shoulder cooked to perfection and home delivered after a day on the slopes! They say enough for 2, I say 3. Very generous shoulder accompanied with scalloped potatoes. Doesn't get better!!!!!

The best lamb I ever had, no joke it was so juicy, tender and super flavourful. I’m not a huge fan of lamb but if it was this lamb I would eat it any day of the week 😂 highly recommend Pedros!!

Just wow! My partner and I are from Australia and did some major googling and research for places to eat before our holiday. How glad are we to have found Pedro’s! There is something special about an eatery that only has one item on their menu. We were in and out of the store within minutes! Quickly rushed back to our hotel whilst the aroma of the lamb and spices made our mouths drool. The lamb and potatoes looked exactly like what we’d seen on the internet! Beautifully cooked lamb, potatoes soaking in the flavourful goodness and such a generous portion it lasted us two days. What more could you want!
If there's one thing you must do when in Queenstown, forget Ferburger and order the lamb from Pedro's. Easily feeds 3 people and the potatoes were divine as well. Must must must try.
This place only has a single lamb dish on the menu - lamb shoulder with potatoes made for 2 pax, and they only do takeaway and delivery. The lamb was absolutely tender and delicious. Worth a try.
Amazing 10/10 would recommend. Takeaway lamb on the lake with a few beverages, made for a perfect dinner date! My only wish was if they served this with mint sauce as an option as well it would bring It to an 15/10 hehe

Perfect for a wintry evening...All they do is Lamb with Rosemary and it was 'Finger-Licking-Good'. Juicy, tender (Meat simply separates from the bones without any effort) and full of flavors.
1 serve is good enough for 3 people
Service is friendly, and compared to the portion size, pricing is good.

One of the best roasted lamb here.you can take away or use delivery service . The meat is so tender and juicy. Full of flavour and so tasty. Must try when you visit queenstown.
Travelling around Queenstown, we stumbled on Pedro's. We purchased the lamb and potatoes which was cooked perfectly and fell effortlessly off the bone. As others have said, it could've done with a touch more seasoning. If they could provide salt and pepper sachets for those customers travelling and staying in motels, they'll be awesome. If not chuck some on a extra plate when you do grab your cutlery. A delicious filling meal which is more than plenty for two.
They only do one thing at Pedro's - a shoulder of lamb and scalloped potatoes. And they do it bloody well. Though it's marketed as a meal-for-two, the food could easily have fed three of us, even though we are both pretty good on the fang. We pre-ordered and picked up at 7pm on a busy Tuesday in peak tourist season, taking away our meal in a foil tray, which was handed over in a cardboard box (for carrying ithe meal on our walk back to the hotel). The meat fell off the bone, like an unco-ordinated adult movie star, while the potatoes were perfect - neither soft and lifeless, nor crunchy. For NZ$45, it was a great feed, though the seasoning was lacking. A little salt would have gone a long way and the rosemary and garlic flavour was very mild. Then there's the claim on their website that Pedro's offers "a taste of Spain"... well, it's about as close to Spain as New Zealand is. But it's a good feed of lamb... and you shouldn't leave NZ without eating lamb.
Only one thing on the menu but it's done perfectly, & hardly any waiting time. Price is ok considering it could actually feed 3 people (we finished it between 2 with bread but were absolutely stuffed).
Sooooo tasty!!!! Can be shared between two people. Gravy was just amazing and the potatoes were flavourful. A very tasty meal indeed!!!!!!!!
What a find! 45 for a leg of lamb and scalloped potatoes. Serves 2 but is more like 2 and a half. The meat is succulent and falling off the bone. They also deliver for $8 in central queenstown. Very quick too within 15mins at a call around 7pm. Will definitely be back more. Great job

Great long and slow cooked lamb that just falls off the bone and even better creamy fluffy scolloped potatoes. $45 is big enough for 4 easily. Grab some bread the juice is worth cleaning up!

So good. Great sized meal was too big for the 2 of us but great leftovers the next day. So tender and juicy and well seasoned. A must have if in Queenstown. We had this with a bread as well which was nice to soak up the juices.
Lamb was tender & moisture. However I prefer if it's seasoned a bit more & add bit of salt. Juice comes with lamb nice with bread. Bread was only $2. Portion size enough for 2-3 people. However it's pricy. $45 for one serving is expensive. Service fast & friendly. Overall rating 3.6*
Got a delivery straight to our hotel room less then 10 minutes from ordering over the phone at 830pm on a Sunday night which was pretty awesome. The meat was SUPER moist, tender, well seasoned and overall very flavourful, the potatoes were well seasoned and perfectly cooked as well, lots of meat juices in the container which were delicious. My wife and I devoured the lot and were both very impressed and pleased with the portion size as well. Excellent dinner meal, absolutely recommend that you try it!
Ask for eating utensils, not sure if they give you any if you don't ask coz I asked before they offered.

Classic NZ roasted lamb with delish sauce and potatoes. The lamb was very fresh and tender, melt in your mouth. They said one portion feeds 2 ppl, but the 3 of us couldn't even finish it. Very reasonable price and great service. Would be perfect if they can sell greens and salads on site.!
Where do we start with how awesome this place is? This place is a take away only establishment, but we didn't know this initially. The best thing to do is to pick up or if you dont have transport, get it delivered for a measly 8$. We made the trek to the outskirts of downtown QT in the pouring rain only to find that we couldnt dine in. As we sadly begin to back away from the counter, the young man working there solved our problem by simply charging us the 8$ delivery fee and DELIVERED us plus the lamb tray to our hotel room. The universe was placed back into balance! On to the lamb and potatoes: phenomenal. We stuffed ourselves with baby lamb shoulder to the point of insanity. I think at one point I cried. Highly recommend this eatery.
Pedro's House of Lamb is a definite must stop when you are in Queenstown! 😁 The service was amazing, super friendly and approachable staff. We loved hearing the back story of the origin of the store. The food was absolutely fantastic, the most delicious, tender and flavoursome lamb I've ever had in my life! It melts in your mouth, falls off the bone, 100% recommend!

In Queenstown, myself and my mate decided to order some food we were craving some NZ Lamb 🐑 so we decided to order from Pedro's House of the Lamb. The food arrived early and hot 🔥 it was packaged really well and felt hot, the portion size was great enough for 3/4 people, beautiful cook and well season lamb, the peas and spuds were lovely well cooked not over done. The food was delicious 😋 I really enjoyed my meal. I highly recommend this establishment.

Another must try in Queenstown. Suggest making order first and just go and pickup. The lamb shoulder is very soft and tasty also the potatoes. A big portion enough for 3 to 4 persons. We order 2 Lamb shoulder and everyone is very full after finished the lamb and satisfied.

Most tender fall off the bone lamb I have ever had. Been trying to get my husband to enjoy lamb for a couple years now (his American) It’s not a popular meat choice there. He tried Pedro’s lamb and is now on board! We have had it twice while visiting Queenstown and will probably have again before we leave. The slow roasted lamb is top notch and the potatoes and peas were also great.
