Well I didn't expect that. This little authentic Italian restaurant away from main area performs above its weight for sure. We arrived without a reservation and despite it being busy was able to get a table. Exceptional service from the front desk by the Manager Arturs. With great knowledge on the the menu. Debbie our Waitress was as good with engaging conservation and genuinely interested. Pizza was unreal, we had deserts as well. Desert of the day was Chocolate Mouse, best all time. Thanks for a great meal and experience.

Tried to come on the Monday long weekend, but they weren't open. Went Tuesday, and was definitely worth coming here. Staff are incredibly friendly, wonderful atmosphere. Food is really fresh. We were parked next to the kitchen, and could see everything being made. Had a pizza which was made by the head chef. Was fluffy and delicious. Would definitely come back next time I visit Queenstown.

I really enjoyed the cuisine at Bella cucina! We had a pizza and two pasta dishes. The ingredient tasted fresh (including the parsley in the pasta) and the staff were friendly. Especially we were all impressed by your freshly made pasta which well cooked and went well with a sauce. Definitely would like to go back when we go to QT. Thanks!

Top notch food! Fresh, natural, and just so nicely cooked. The clam spaghetti was just natural and right on the spot. Will definitely go there next time we visit Queenstown. Have recommended to a few friends already.

My wife and I are huge fans of real Napoletana Pizza and we loved Bella Cucina. I had the Diavola (just the right amount of spicy!) and my wife the Prosciutto. The pizzas were great as was the caprese salad and gnocchi. Friendly, personal service. We liked it so much that we ate there twice during our 3 days in Queenstown!

This is one of best eateries in Queenstown. Small and intimate it does not move away from its authenticity. The food was amazing and delicious. Try the dough balls ( small bread buns) with their infused olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Vongoli pasta and chicken roulade. Don't be surprised however if you don't find these on the menu. Their dishes change according to the season and availability of produce.

We had an amazing dinner here. The pasta, seafood & risotto are super delicious. The restaurant atmosphere is chill and relax but a bit crowded cuz the seating area is quite small. Overall, highly recommended and early reservation is needed.

Amazing lunch spent with my friends sharing their lovely pizzas and pastas. Everything is homemade and tastes exceptional than ordinary. Really loved the vegetarian pizza, squid, calzone and mouth watering chocolate mousse. Do try their special cocktail - strawberry and lemoncello spritz Rebecca and Helena were so friendly and gave an excellent experience.

The service from Debbie was exceptional! She’s an eleven out of ten waitress! The food was exceptional by a true Italian chef and the atmosphere was beyond words. We were greeted with a beautiful card on our reserved table because we were celebrating, and seated at a table with our surname in the title of the painting above us. This is phenomenal service! 10/5 stars for this place

Our lastnight in QT and we decided on Italian, we didn’t make a booking but we managed to get a table for a hour, food was absolutely amazing, the cutest little restaurant! Dessert was also delish! Highly recommend.

We wanted a break from all the meat that tends to get served in Queenstown and were looking for alternatives. We decided on BC because they make their own pasta. We had the carbonara, the lamb ragout and spaghetti bolognaise for our daughter. They were all pretty good. The only comment I would make is that I don’t think they need the cream for the carbonara and can just rely on the egg with Parmesan (which is what I am use to). The ability to have 1/2 and 1/2 pizza is a nice touch and the pizza was pretty good (they do a kind of Napoli/Roma hybrid). The bolognaise sauce was good and not too sharp. For the appetiser we had the mussel in caponata and the caponata was done really well. For dessert we had the tiramisu and affogato. I must commend the service of our waiter (French lady I believe) who was very polite, helpful and friendly without being overly intrusive. So if you want a nice place to go with a rustic Italian feel then you can’t go wrong with this place. Well done.

My husband and I had the honour of dinning here for my 30th, on the high reccomendations of my brother. We were not disappointed! Upon arriving at the table, we were greeted with a birthday card. The food was spectacular and we were served within 20 mins of sitting down and ordering. We loved the food so much, we asked for the menu back! 😋 the atmosphere was perfect too, as the music was set at just the right volume, where we didn't have to yell to be heard. (Other establishments should take note!) Perfect. Can't wait to go again when we next visit Queenstown. Thank you team at Bella Cucina, you made it a very memorable birthday and honeymoon!

We had a beautiful French waitress, she was so efficient and friendly. My partner ordered a second plate of the carbonara is was that good and I had the best pasta and panna cotta of my life. 12/10 I’ll be return customer every time I visit Queenstown.

Bella Cucina was a fabulous dining experience. I don't go to Italian restaurants often due to my Italian background I prefer to make Nonna's dishes homemade. However, we had made some great menu selections, skipped appetizers and went to ordering three main dish options that my boyfriend and I would share followed by dessert as well. We order a Calzone (classic traditions dough, wish there was slightly more mozzarella and sauce), we also had the Pappardelle Ragu; fresh homemade pasta you can tell, and OUR FAVOURITE 10/10 BRAISED BEEF CHEEKS. It was absolutely perfect and probably the highlight of the evening. We order two speciality Italian wine options because why not, you are in a Italian Restaurant. I love Pinot Noir so asked the waiter & waitress both their opinions on wine choice. We were happy with the flavours of our choices. We finished with Tiramisu (WHICH TASTED VERY AUTHENTIC AND LIKE NONNA'S! not too dry, not too runny.) and also the Dessert of the Day which was a chocolate mousse. Both options fantastic but the Tiramisu, second highlight of the evening 5/5 stars. The service was fantastic, very educated and happy to help us, was patient when it took a bit too long for us to order, and gave recommendations and truly enjoyed taking their time with us. We loved the wood oven fire, the atmosphere, and the pace of the evening. Highly reccommend, and would love to go back again. I LOVE how the menu changes with the day and the seasons. To me, that's how every restaurant should be. Amazing. Just fantastic. Grazie Mille Tutti!
