Delicious! The crumbed hoki was really tasty, the nuggets, potato cakes and chips were really nice too. Definitely a hidden gem just out of Queenstown.
Very nice fish n chip! Batter is very crispy, fish is big n juicy. Very good price and easy to order online.
Chur has by far the most variety when it comes to ordering some great fish & chips. The food is cooked just right and they have a great loaded fries category with different seasoning and gravy/sauce options, you can also add meats to it and coleslaw to balance the meal.

You have to order online first before getting the food, I ordered mine about 20min prior and it was ready when I arrived.
I had the grilled blue cod with lemon and butter ($13.50), and Kumara chips ($9.50). The chips were amazing. Blue cod was good but I’ve tasted better at Stewart island!

Quirky requirements for you to order online. Unable to order from the guys face to face. Duh. Otherwise a superb place to get your fish and chips fix.

Our first ordering from Chur. We ordered Hoki fish n chips ( crumbed) , Kumara chips, butterflied crumbed prawns and Moro bar. A great tasting and filling dinner for the 2 of us. The Moro bar is super sweet. Parking by Chur can be quite limited. Super service though.
Old fashioned fish and chips with variety and well cooked . At least 3 types of fish, scollops, white bait and prawns. Very tasty. There was a table outside if you wanted to eat there.
Been here a few times I visited Queenstown. Worth the drive! Easily one of the best fish and chips I've tested.

As we were staying in Kamana lake house, Chur’s fish and chips was literally right around the corner, and that is such a blessing!
If you’re looking for fish and chips, look no further. We tried this on our first night in Queenstown and ate Churs for 3 out of 4 nights. One was given to Fergburger.
Great place for a qualitative fish and chips : great fish and generous portions. I would clearly recommend this place if you want to grab some good confort food during your stay at Queenstown.

OMG...! This is the best fish and chips freekin ever.
Ordered online and picked up in less than 15 min. Owner operator and you can tell from the details. The fish is obviously hand picked and the chips are cooked to exactly his specific temperature and time. Then there is the array of sources to go
The best fish and chips in Queenstown that i had to go for 2nd round. Wish I could have a big stomach for 3rd round. Fresh fish menu was super delicious and their scallops were magnificent... Definitely willing to come back for the third round! :)
