We were desperately looking for somewhere that wasn't offering mainly burgers, fries and pizza. Then we found $15 steaks here and could not resist! With a serve of $10 soup of the day as well this made for a great varied meal at prices that I have not seen in New Zealand. The steaks were delicious and the rosemary gravy a nice pairing. The service was also very professional. The Casino itself was nothing of interest but this restaurant felt like a hidden Gem.

It is a good chance to eat steak just for $18. You have to bring an identification card since the restaurant is in Casino. But if there is a group of people in front of you, you'd better make plans for the next time.(This was my first experience-too bad. I was waiting to get my meal for 30 minutes after order. And the steak was not in good condition) If not, they will serve a great meal as soon as possible. (This was my second experience at the last day in Queenstown.)

If I could give 10 stars I would. Best service I had so far and good food as well. Ambiance was nice and not crowded when we ate. Make sure to bring your NZ ID's though as its part of the casino.

We had lovely dinner in Saturday night, food was great, I preferred Lamb shank and coca-cola pork ribs.

The food was delicious, service was good and the price was reasonable. Would recommend this over many over-hyped places around.

Nice dinning area, really good for lunch as the prices are normal (not overpriced) and really good variety and choices. Soup of the day for normal price $5 with decent portion and friendly service. The only disadvantage of this restaurant is that you need your passport with you to have lunch. Even if you're over 35, guys from gambling zone asks you at the entrance to show your ID.

Great lunch menu. Although the sandwich board downstairs need to be updated. Lunch is now $12 instead of $10. The steak looks like a good deal for $15. I wish I ordered that. I had curry chicken which was good but not very filling. My wife had pork belly which was good also.

This place is amazing, the food is tasty and affordable. The staff is very friendly. The boy from Canada is very nice. The only problem is the indian guys who are at the front desk asking for identification. They're very disrespectful, they don't even say hello and they ask and communicate in a very rude way. Other than that, all the other staff and restaurant is amazing. I recommend eating here. Just be patiente with the welcome you have upon entering the casino because of that two guys.

Been a queenstown local for more than 2 years and come here as a regular. Always amazing service, amazing prices and top notch food. Best value for money by far to have lunch in Queenstown area. Ps. Specially Recommend the ginger chicken salad with extra chicken

A favorite hidden gem for lunch in the Queenstown area. There are 10 specials to pick from and all are delicious. Be aware that because this is located in the casino area that NO ONE under the age of 20 years old can be admitted. Not even a 1 year old (how they could gamble I don't know, but the bouncer would not let the family enter with the child). This place is also used for Rotary so that night isn't a good one to visit.
