Mandarin Seafood Restaurant - Queenstown - Photo album

Pretty good Chinese food. IMO, comparable to better restaurants in Asia, authentic tasting Cantonese style food. I had sweet and sour pork, white bait omelette, hot plate venison, spinach in broth and they were all good except the spinach. I think they can't get the right type for vegetables here,
Authentic Cantonese food, lovely service, don't need to wait long, although often has tours group coming in, but the space is big, don't interfere much if you just want to taste good food
The spot was always full we need to wait 1h to have a table, it was full of Chinese people look like you are in china haha nice...don't know what is the other fresh seafood there because I only seen crayfish 🦞and they are very huge(Milford crayfish motioned) Pekin duck was good but very poor in meat
The previous reviews have confused me as I really enjoyed the mandarin. The restaurant’s location is beautiful, looking over the serene Wakatipu lake. We walked in and had a very nice meal, the food was cooked well and the owner was such a kind lady! The highlights for me was the scampi, the salt an
We had take out Dinner from Mandrain Seafood Restaurant. Order was made online without any issue. Food sizes are generous and tasted yummy too. We had fired rice with chicken and salty fish, seasonal veggies, crispy chicken, Hong Shao Tofu and chicken and cashew. Staff was very helpful and we are v
It was a great experience. As a Chinese, it was definitely the most authentic Chinese food I've ever had.Especially the sweet sour chicken fillet and Peking Style Roast Duck.....soooooo yummy..
The food was awesome 👌 very tasty 😋 Stir Fried Hot And Spicy Lamb Lamb in cumin seed Chicken fried rice Must try Best mandarin food
Had the set menu here for 3. Food was traditional Australian Chinese, great quality produce used. Plenty of food for 3 and only 35 each which included dessert. Service ladies were lovely and very attentive. Would definitely return!
Wow, what a surprise! Great view from our window table looking over Lake Wakatipu. Food was amazing. Roast duck, sizzling Lamb in pepper sauce and the combination fried rice was fantastic. Food was tasty and plentiful, and the beer was cold! Well done Guys!
It was okay. The best dish was the lobster noodles followed by the steam fish and mince tofu. Veges were all good too. Fried beef noodles and seafood fried rice was average..bbq pork egg omelette was really salty and bbq pork was very dry. Service was average as it was busy.
My friend and I ate at the Mandarin Restaurant on the afternoon of December 27. The meals we had were delicious. I would gladly recommend anyone to eat here. I’m astounded that the restaurant was not absolutely crowded. Our heartfelt thanks.
