We quickly run in to grab something for dinner on our way back from our accommodation.
The servers were lovely and were fine to wait while we decided what to order.
The price for 2 halves (to make a full NY style pizza) was fine.
I’d recommend anyone to try.
Quick and easy to order, not everything was available on the day but what we did get was delicious. Loved being able to sit in store and enjoy rather than finding somewhere around town to sit and eat. Highly recommend.
It was amazing pizza. Really great service. I would 100% recommend going to Sals over Pizza Hut, Winnie bagos, McDonald’s or subway. Very tasty authentic New York Pizza shipped straight from the drug infested heart of New York. All the bros and homies said it was tasty😋🤤. - Jamal Jackson, Rajvinder
It was a bit chilly inside due to the door not closing completely, but overall, the pizza was good enough, and the staff was quite friendly and understanding.
Grabbed a pepperoni slice which was great, flavour was very NY style which I loved however a bit on the oiley side. Only thing is $7 for a slice seems a bit steep.
We ordered 2 half's but couldn't have one "the 5 Borough's they didn't have the ingredients on a monday afternoon ..$3 for a snall pot if sauce..surely ordering a whole pizza should be free. Tv on so able to watch some NFL. Free bottles of tap water and glasses available..but why when people finish
The pizzas were HUGE! Liked them, but adding more sauces gives more flavour.
It's a small pizza place so limits the Atmosphere . Rated it as I see it. Slices are large and not over priced like many things in Queenstown. Tastes great but the cheese and pepperoni slices I orded were a bit oily. I have eaten in the Christchurch store and it seemed a bit better there. I'd still
Crust is crunchy on the outside and soft & fluffy inside.
Awesome pizzas. They totally take you to get the same taste of a New York pizza.
Finally got around to visiting Sal's and it was definitely worth the trip. Great food fantastic people and excellent experience. 👍
Love the concept of selling pizza by the slice and it’s really good should try the pepperoni rolls.

The pizza here is consistently SO good, and I could probably live off the garlic knots alone. We all have such an issue with staffing in QT at the moment and Brian is one of the most hard working people I’ve ever met, but that doesn’t stop him smiling and chatting when handing over delicious pizza e
